We visited the Brisbane showroom today and Niaz helped us secure our beautiful wedding rings! She was such a pleasure, making us feel comfortable and at ease. She was super knowledgeable and made the process as easy as possible! Highly recommend visiting Cullen Jewellery - 10/10.

Meeting Emma today with my Partner was an amazing experience. My partner and I already knew what we wanted and it was great having Emma as she provided her expert guidance and reassured us. My partner and I have just started looking at engagement rings. I was quite anxious before going to Cullen Jewellery but Sophie was amazing. She was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

Sophie took the time to show us a number of beautiful rings, asking thoughtful questions to gauge our preferences.

She did not make us feel any pressure to make a decision. Instead she noted down the features that stood out to us and made it clear that she was invested in helping us choose the perfect ring.

Sophie also explained the process of choosing the right diamond for us. She made it incredibly easy to understand and left us with a new level of confidence.

Francisca was amazing! She made our experience so easy and fun. My girlfriend and I didn’t really know what we wanted and she walked us through it all until we found exactly what we were looking for. Aliyah was lovely to work with. She was extremely patient, maximized our time, and let us try on as many rings as we wanted to make sure we found the right fit! It was very nice to have her guidance as we were new to the process. It was a very special experience and we created a special memory having our appointment with Cullen.

I had a fantastic time trying on rings with Bella! Feeling much more confident with what options I like. Bella also helped me trial a ring combination they didn't have in the store by using a clear case to get a similar affect of what the ring would look like.

Hayley was just so great and took the time to show us rings and told us how much they would cost and what we could alter and what they would look like and gave us options within our price range. She was amazing!
