After hearing great things about Cullen Jewellery from a friend of Ellaine’s, we booked in our appointment. Once we arrived we instantly noticed an atmosphere of care and professionalism.

Madison was our assigned consultant for the appointment; Madison was attentive, helpful, insightful and made the process feel smooth and exciting.

My partner had a custom style in mind and Madison showed us similar styles so we could gauge the stone size and preferred setting. While she loved some of the rings she tried on, my partner still wanted to go with her vision, so Madison helped us by setting up the CAD process. We're really excited to see how it'll turn out.
