Miranda and I, especially Miranda was over the moon with the guidance and help Ceyda offered. She was very professional and her knowledge was very comforting. Arianna was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable. She made what could have been a stressful experience fun and exciting, and was endlessly patient as we learned about the entire process. 10/10 would recommend!

Had Jazz help us out today with wedding band shopping and she was a dream. Super helpful and knowledgeable on the materials, giving us the pros and cons of each and making us feel really comfortable throughout the appointment. She even offered to clean my engagement ring which was a bonus.

Couldn’t recommend Olivia B & the Cullen team highly enough. My partner and I had our first consult with Olivia, which she made the first steps of the process so easy and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere at Cullen was amazing. The one on one appointment was made to feel special for a special moment in our life.

My parent and myself went to view and potentially chose an engagement ring. Ciara, served helped with through this process and was so friendly, knowledge and was able to answer any questions we had. We worked with Symone Jackson to create the perfect ring was an incredible experience from start to finish. She helped us bring our vision to life, creating a ring that was exactly how we wanted it. Emerson was so warm, approachable and super easy to talk to! I really appreciate how we were able to get into the design process right away because the productivity allowed for us to use the spare time to squeeze in other information and details like my partner's ring size as well. Visited the Kew store & Ciara was fantastic, myself & my partner went in for an engagement ring consultation. Ciara put us at ease straight away, we did not feel pressured or rushed and she explained everything in detail. She guided us through various styles & sizes to find out exactly what I liked. Highly recommend!!

Paige was absolutely amazing. Very pleasant firstly which put me at ease and also very knowledgeable. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and she helped make sure that the diamond I chose was of the standard I wanted. The process is very thorough and extremely personal, which is very important.
