She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered every single question I had, and helped guide me through all the different options until I felt confident. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping me find the right ring rather than just making a sale.

Our appointment was the first of the day, on a Saturday, but Maddy met us and looked after us with the best energy and enthusiasm. She was very understanding of our motivations, asked all the right questions and using her vast product knowledge, steered us in the right direction. It is a big decision to make in 45 minutes but Maddy ensured we got the most value out of our appointment as we could. She even cleaned my partner’s engagement ring while we were browsing. This was very kind. We are looking forward to finalising our purchase with her.
