Wanting a car insurance quotation, I phoned CSIS and was very quickly in touch with a real person. This person had a delightful telephone manner and went through the process of getting information for my quote easily and pleasantly. Finally, the quotation was very competitive.

In enquiring after reasonably priced holiday insurance my wife settled on CSIS worldwide travel insurance. In requesting a quote we were impressed with the timely response we received and were surprised to receive a follow-up phone call from the company asking if we were still interested. In accepting the quotation and signing up with CSIS we were also offered a price for car insurance which later proved to be very competitive. Actually their quotation was later used as a basis for driving down the new car insurance quote for the coming year that had increased by 20%. This CSIS quote allowed me to reduce the increase to only 10%, being reluctant to change my supplier in light of the previous year's good service. It is our intention to continue with CSIS's Worldwide travel insurance when the current year finishes, assuming, obviously that the renewal price remains competitive .

The sales consultant, Ryan, was courteous and helpful, incredibly patient as I had to call saveral times to query or check points.
I found him reliable, responsive and when he promised to call me back or email me - surprisingly in this day and age he did exactly that.
