I purchased a large custom fleece blanket, paid $80, got sent an email receipt and NEVER HEARD BACK. Despite being told 'an artist will contact you in 5 days to send to print' upon order, I have not received one email in 30 days. I sent multiple emails to their customer service, contacted their instagram, only to find that many others have had the same experiences. No new posts have been made by them on their Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook since November 2020, but you can see the multiple scathing and empty-handed victims this company has also charged and scammed since then. Absolutely awful. I don't know why their domain is still online and processing transactions.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam; they will take your money and you will never receive your product.

DO NOT BUY! I purchased a picture to be painted on December 4th. I received an email initial response from the artist, in which I agreed to a final print. That was on the 14th of December. I have emailed both the artist and the support about 5 - 6 times in total over the past few weeks and have not heard any response back, nor have I had any shipping information created. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, nor have I ever had a company take so long to complete an order with no updates.

Do not buy from this company. It has been hands down the worst experience. My first artwork was not the best and I asked for 3 things to be fixed. Fast forward 15 days later and still haven’t gotten a response. Sent 5 emails, reached out thru insta, nothing. Finally got a hold of someone thru chat after leaving a negative comment on a picture (which they deleted) told me that they’d email me the new picture in a few hours.. guess what, nothing. So frustrated. Use Pop Your Pup, they are a little more expensive but their customer service rocks. Now I have to buy a new blanket from them and will end up donating this one if I ever even get it. Again I would NOT recommend this company. Unless you have weeks on end to wait to and enjoy zero customer service. There is nothing worse than having to chase down a company to get any sort of response. Then they just tell you something to shut you up & never follow thru. I really wish I would of done better research ahead of time. Hopefully someone sees this review before buying a blanket from this company.

So bad that the companie dont reply on emails? I sent them emails all week and also been writing on their Instagram but still no respond!! I havet got any updated about the order and I madw it more than two weeks ago. Please answere??

I am writing this because I never received my blanket and I emailed the company multiple times and they haven’t done anything about it they just continue to ignore me I spent a lot of money on a blanket and for the fact for them to ignore me it’s very poor on their part they are terrible service I would never order from them again. Overall my experience with them was terrible and the fact that they won’t even email me back frustrates me they are a terrible company. They keep telling me that it’s been delivered but it hasn’t.

I ordered on July 18th and recieved on August 11th and got "first in line" coming from the States to Canada, I expected to wait longer due to the current situation. The blanket is absolutely beautiful, the picture is perfect and I am so grateful! Money well spent, will definitely order again!!

Absolutely the worst experience that I've ever had with a company. I paid for "First in Line" and expedited shipping. After finally getting my artwork, I even paid to upgrade my item. It took over a month to receive my item. Then, when I did receive the blanket, it was horrible quality! The seams on the edges were coming apart. This was right out of the shipping bag. The only positive is that the artwork is cute, but my pet did most of that work.

The blanket is AMAZING! It was a gift for my daughter's birthday and she adores it. She loved seeing her four guinea pigs in living colour. The artist did a fantastic job with the photos that we sent. And, best of all, the blanket is super soft and snuggly. I know she will get many years of enjoyment out of it. Thank you so much :)

We got an amazing product and it was as expected and more.

It only took a few weeks to get it to Canada and the artist was great to deal with!
The blanket looks purple in the picture but it is navy blue. It is a thinner blanket but its super cute!!

Very slowwwww shipping. Ordered a month before Christmas and was told it would take 5-14 buisness days to be delivered. Ended up arriving 2 weeks after Christmas after I emailed them 3 times about my packages not arriving.

The CUTEST case ever!! Most of my coworkers have already ordered their own!!

I would recommend the throw w/animal picture. It was Perfect. The blanket was soft and the picture was hand painted.

Excellent quality, great customer service, perfect Christmas present.

I had a blanket done for my best friend who lost her sweet boy Jake and she was struggling with his loss. I had the artist include her surviving dog Charlie as well as the pair were bonded. The artist did a fantastic job recreating the two, and even put up with my requests multiple times to make slight changes. I couldn’t have been happier with how the blanket turned out. My friend was overwhelmed when she received it and will cherish it for a lifetime. Thank you to my artist Charlie and to CRTN.ME.

i honestly loved the blanket and the design! i was kind of skeptical because of the cost and the no refund policy but i really love the work my artist did and i would order again :)
