Cheap and probably dropshipped

I’m pretty sure all of this stuff is drop shipped from China. No matter what/when I have ordered, I’ve always been given the same runaround about how shipping times are delayed and I don’t end up actually getting the products until 2+ months later. Everything that I have ever received seemed really cheap and low quality and it seems like a ton of other people are having the same issues. To be honest, it seems like kind of a scam in my opinion. Also, I was told my order shipped and received a tracking number, but there was absolutely no movement for a few weeks and then I messaged them again and they said they were gonna ship it out the next day, but it still didn’t ship out the next day. I had to wait a few more weeks before it actually even shipped out. It just seems like they’re constantly lying to their customers, very shady.

They dont follow through what was said

I just recently received a mystery box from them i am upset because they said 15-20 items per mystery box and only received 11 items i reached out and was left on read. Reason why i got the box was because it was a good deal for the price.

I have ordered a number of things from…

I have ordered a number of things from this company and have paid extra for expedited shipping and never received a thing on time. For example I order some shorts two weeks ago and paid for 2 day shipping and nothing has shipped. I even reached out last week asking to be refunded for my shipping fee and nothing. I won’t be purchasing anything here again.

I placed an order on October.3rd for 3…

I placed an order on October.3rd for 3 tees & 3 crewnecks…all mystery items. Shipping stated 5-10 business days. After waiting 15 days (October.18) with no contact at all from them, I emailed them. they emailed back & pretty much said things happen & they’d get my order out asap & send tracking. I didn’t get a tracking number until October.21st but they didn’t actually ship it out until the 25th & I finally received it on the 28th. And I feel like since I complained they gave me bottom of the barrel shirts that no one wanted. Instead of one of my T-shirts I ordered, I got a set of pajamas, which I don’t even wear. I ordered a shirt for a reason. I emailed them back on the 29th to let them know I wasn’t happy with them not giving me what I ordered & it’s now Nov.1st & I haven’t heard a word back & probably won’t. Shipping always takes at least a month if not longer so the fast shipping they’re advertising should not be there!

Mystery box review

I ordered a mystery box and said I loved witchy items, the movie The Lost Boys, knife keychains, clothes referencing books or being a reader, and jack-o-lanterns. I mentioned not liking kid shows/movies. I received a Scream frosted glass, a Friday the 13th notepad, a Wednesday Addams ornament, an Alice and Wonderland glitter makeup palette, a bat knife (which was on my preferences) and a sweatshirt with a jack-o’-lantern on it (I did say I liked jackolanterns- but it’s summer so I can’t wear it). I ended up giving the Wednesday ornament, makeup palette and notepad to my daughter because I didn’t like them. I put up the sweater for next winter. I know it’s a mystery, but I just wasn’t impressed. I wish at least one more item had been based on my preferences.

Is it worth the wait?

Products are great quality once you finally receive them. The subscription boxes are never out on time. Still haven’t gotten the box for Jan. Customer service says they are still trying to get boxes from November and December out..

Great products & great customer service!

While it did take a while to receive my 2 mystery boxes, all due to the Christmas holidays, it was well worth the wait! The quality of everything I received was better than expected! I will most defiantly be ordering from them again! I was very surprised by the sheer volume of everything they included! Love love love this company! Give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

Oh my goodness I love this site so…

Oh my goodness I love this site so much! my best friend had wanted to get some items from the store for Christmas. Never heard of the store before she told me about it, and it was honestly hard to choose what to get because everything looked great. I even had to snag some thing for myself, because it was so irresistible!! I was able to get these items before Christmas to give as presents and my friend loved it 😊 the people who work at NYAB are super friendly and were very fast and efficient with responding to my emails about questions regarding my order. Amazing customer service. I will be ordering from here again ❤️❤️❤️

NYAB customer service is top notch

NYAB customer service is top notch! I’ve received numerous messages regarding shirt options instead of pullovers because it doesn’t get that cold in Texas. Not only that but they remembered I love SCREAM! So those recommendations included those! Finding Halloween lovers like me is my fav!

NYAB is the best

I can’t tell you how much I love NYAB & everything I have received in my mystery packages & things I have ordered over the years. There have been a few delays with some things but their customer service is very helpful & they always answer all my questions. Even when I think I’m annoying, they are always helpful, nice & there’s never a delay in responding to my questions or concerns.

5 MONTH CUSTOMER WHO HAS NOT RECEIVED 1 PACKAGE

I started my subscription August or 2023 and it’s now December 30th and I’ve received ZERO subscription packages!!!
They sure do charge my card every month and I even get an email saying my package is on the way.
I emailed them back in October since I know they charge in advance for their subscriptions. I was told my package should be sent that month. Got another email saying I was sent and of course nothing came.
I’ve emailed them four times since starting my subscription regarding never receiving packages. I gave them my address again just double checking thinking maybe I entered it in wrong but I didn’t.
I emailed on December 17th and was told my 3 sub boxes will all be sent out together since they dropped the ball from day one.
I get the tracking number and it brings me to a page that says “we’re currently experiencing technical difficulties with our tracking application”
Beyond annoyed and 100% over trying to receive my sub boxes. As a lover of Halloween and a small business owner myself, I hate to leave negative reviews but I’ve been way more than patience and have received not a damn thing.
It’s funny how people are sent free tumblers and what not for small mistakes but nothing for someone who has been paying a subscription since August 2023 and have not receive one item from this company.
Makes me think it’s a scam.
Way to drop the ball with a potential loyal customer. Very disappointed and honestly quite upset on the matter. I’ve wanted this sub box for the last 2 years and finally get my husband to do it for my birthday and this is the outcome.

I’ve been buying for over a year

I’ve been buying for over a year, and I love these guys! They’re passionate about their product, and everything is very high quality. I received a fleece Casper blanket from a box, and it was so soft that even my dog tries to steal it, despite having access to other blankets. The sweatshirts are the coziest sweatshirts, too! Customer service has always been great, very sweet people and always so helpful. Yes, it does take some time to get product and there have been delays, but I’ve always received my product without more than a couple of months wait, and they’ve always been so wonderful about answering any questions I have. My most recent order was placed on either Black Friday or Cyber Monday, and I though I purchased some Christmas presents, I prepared myself in case they wouldn’t arrive in time. I just received the box yesterday with plenty of time to wrap everything! Buy the product if you want something you’re going to love but don’t mind waiting up to a month. I promise, though, it’ll really be worth the wait!

They clearly care about their customers

I ordered a product for my wife and they were running behind due to a lot of orders and some technical issues. They gave me timely updates and it didn't end up taking too much longer than expected. And they were running a promotion I was unaware of and sent me a free tumbler. Very cool company. You can tell they actually care. Hard to find these days

Creative & Cute

I absolutely love their items. Totally up my alley. The process to order was easy. Although the time between that and getting my items seemed longer than I was expecting. I do understand they make each as you place your order, but I think it would be best if you updated the expected time of delivery. With that being said: once the items got to me, I couldn't be happier. I love the quality of the prints, I've washed them a few times already and they still look brand new. I hope that stays with each wash because I will wear them forever!

I’ve been ordering from this AMAZING…

I’ve been ordering from this AMAZING small business for awhile! I’ve never been disappointed in my products. I’ve recommend NYAB to a lot of my friends and they have ordered and have been super happy! Customer service is amazing. I gotta have a spending problem with it comes to them, but who wouldn’t?!

Wanna wait 3+ months?…

My boyfriend ordered me a sweatshirt and t-shirt early September of this year for an anniversary gift…it is now December 1st and he still hasn’t received it. A month ago he got an email saying the items would’ve been shipped out the week of November 1st, and still nothing…terrible customer service and poor communication. If you’re overwhelmed, stop taking orders????

Mystery Christmas Box

My experience was great. I placed my order for the Mystery Christmas Box on November 3rd (Friday), it shipped on November 9th (Thursday), and I received it on November 13th (Monday). All the items I received are beautiful and amazing. I had always wanted to shop here, so when I got my paycheck I did just that, and I'm so glad I did. I absolutely recommend this small business to others. It's amazing and the customer service (in my opinion) is great. There's just some much stuff I want here, and I can't wait until I'm able to buy from them again.

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. I placed an order for a tumbler at the beginning of October with an estimated arrival date between the middle of October through October 30th. I was disappointed when the tumbler did not come in after the projected date but kept hoping that eventually it would come in so I could have it for next Halloween. It is the middle of November and I have still not received a cup. When I tried to contact their customer service they said “they were in a facility packing things” I’m am very disappointed in this customer service and still have not hear anything about my tumbler

Good luck if you get your stuff

I ordered the slasher mystery box in August. I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged for the Micheal Myers box in September (my fault). But I was told it would be a 20% cancellation charge if I wanted to reverse it (20% to take my money? Nice). Come October, neither box had shipped and no emails/updates were shared from them. They constantly post on their social media, but not a peep about delays. You can email them, they'll respond quickly, but expect the same story everytime 'omg we're sooooo busy/manufacturer delays/we're sending them out next week' - blah blah blah, or some other generic excuse.

Fast forward to November, they finally ship a box...but not the one purchased in August. They shipped the September box. Still no sign of the Slasher box. To add insult to injury I was greeted with a nice big customs charge of $48. So basically I just paid for this box twice. Its definitely not worth $150+ CAD

Save your money, don't order from them. Especially not the mystery boxes.

**Edit** I originally noticed that both order confirmations said Slasher box, but when I asked about it I was promised it was not a duplicate. Turns out the 'Michael Myers' box is a duplicate of the Slasher box...considering there is not a single item with only Michael on it. Yet they only sent one box!

I think your title here is a little misleading as you did receive the box you paid for and still have a Michael box heading your way.
We have corresponded with you in several ways so this is a shock to see. We have been right there to answer any questions you may have and we have been very transparent with you through out the entire process.

The duties customs fees have nothing to do with us as we mentioned previously to you.. your country charges them based on weight etc.


I can assure you, the Slasher box you received is not the Slasher and Michael, and only the Slasher box! The Michael boxes have not started shipping yet and are shipping at the end of this month.

We always post updates on our Instagram photos/ stories to help inform about delays and in our email blasts we send out! Sometimes those goto spam folders.

We’re always here to help and we’re sorry that you were not satisfied!
