It's got a high apr and a pretty hefty annual fee, but it's helping me rebuild my credit. That alone is priceless. I learned the hard way how difficult it is to climb out of debt once you're in it...... See more

I had a problem getting my card. It would not accept my information so I went to my bank and after discussions with you we finally got it straightened out.

This card is not accepted everywhere, neither Walmart nor Amazon accepts this card, which is inconvenient.

It took approximately 3 weeks to get my card & I randomly opened my app to try tracking my card and I already owed my first bill. I hadn't even gotten the card before I'm being charged.

Zero Stars !

Zero Stars !!
Absolutely horrible experience with some guy named Nick some Indian guy protecting the creditor and not the consumer. I do not and would never recommend this credit card company.!
When any credit card company protects the creditor instead of the consumer I would close my account and go with somebody else. Totally rude unacceptable experience with this person named Nick.!
This is why their reviews are so low. The APR is too high. The fees they charge are too high. The interest they charge is too high. Go with any other credit card company with this one.!
Whenever a credit card company protects the creditor instead of the consumer run as far as you can away from them!
Horrible experience I give zero stars !
Extremely high APR and extremely high daily fees and interest they were just sued for $10.2 million for harassment !
Never missed one payment yet they drop my credit score 30 points..
I don’t even understand how they’re not investigated thoroughly by the security exchange commission or the federal trade commission

Lacking in features and regulatory procedures

No virtual card. App always has this finish setting up thing on it for a credit monitor, but I don't want it. It feels like its being shoved down my throat. No promotions on card. Taking 7 days for payment to post when its made through the app is insane. Charging a fee to pay on time is also insane.

Account closed due to unwillingness to play shenanigans

I had the account that I was pre-approved through credit karma for about 3 years. One day out of the blue they sent me a letter that said they needed to verify my identity because of possible fraudulent activity on my account. I quickly opened my account and looked for anything out of the ordinary, I could not find one thing. They wanted me to send copies of my social security card my identification and several other documents in order for me to be able to use my card any longer. I have never missed nor made a late payment on this card, never made it claim of fraud or any other type of negligent activity on the account. Ultimately I found the request to be suspicious and possibly fraudulent so I called them and told them so and their response was to close the account. I'm 47 years old and had credit card since I was 18, never had a single credit card company make such a request. I guess the fraudulent me is going to be paying on the fraudulent card because the fraudulent me cares about his fraudulent credit score. Terrible company, when you call customer service all you get is a bunch of people that barely speak English. Don't do it!

Deceptive Rip-Off Liars!

If a "zero" could used, it would be more correct than one star. This is one terrible credit card service. I got two cards from them, one with a $100/year fee, which I cancelled long ago. They lured me into a "no annual fee" different card, which I accepted about three years ago but never used. So I recently got a notice stating "$39 Annual Fee is Due"; after spending nearly 20 minutes trying to get to a customer service rep and then another 45 minutes with them (foreign sounding accent) to cancel the card and reverse the fee, with the usual hassle, I was told his manager approved and the card was cancelled and the fee would be reversed. Guess what? It WASN'T and I have now reluctantly paid the $39 to avoid a late fee and possible negative credit report. What a rip-off bank and I can see why they have numerous consumer lawsuits against them. AVOID THIS SCAM BANK AT ALL COSTS!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I closed the account but the company kept the account open billing an annual fee monthly, an account protection free from the annual fee charge and a late fee for each month after I closed the account. Needless to say that the amount accumulated. They demanded that I pay off the entire amount even after they agreed that the account was already closed before the charges. This company is a scam.

I just cant believe I got a $400 credit card and immediately got charged $95 on it for annual fee. This is what is wrong with credit cards, I have had credit cards in America but this one surprised me. Thats 24% of your approved amount gone to the credit card company. Will close this account but had to warn others

Credit one Bank they left me stranded in a…

Harold Bank they left me stranded in a poor country and locked my car for identity fraud they asked for proof I submitted proof they verify the utility belt saying that the address mismatch on the drivers license. How are you able to verify proof of address but yet not able to verify proof identity with ID and they refuse to help me. This is a horrible bank. They blocked up reviews on the App Store so you can’t leave a review. They made abuses impossible left on Twitter. They are very careful with how they get their reviews displayed. Beware this company.

Yearly fees are too high

Yearly fees are too high, and my direct deposit to pay up the account IN FULL has, so far, been witheld 6 days, so THAT I WILL NEVER DO AGAIN. Otherwise, just like other overly high fees credit cards. On the plus side, I have not had any problems with purchasing up to my limit, which is better than the #1 CC offered me (limit, that is). Will keep for a while longer, I guess.
