I purchsed my kids' beds on the 22nd of November 2025, today is 9 December, 2025. No delivery, no update, my emails are ignored blatantly. I am so disappointed. You are asking me to rate a service you didn't provide? Pathetic.

Placed the order on 22/11/25 still only received part of my order

Emailed the customer service account on Friday afternoon, but still not heard anything

The delivery courier gave me 4mi s notice of delivery , your communication states I would get a delivery update on the morning of delivery , I got an email at 9.56 for a delivery at 1000
Which gave me no time to plan anyone to be in , then only part of the delivery were delivered and left on the front door step

I still haven’t received my order and the tracking code doesn’t even indicate when I will receive it. 13 days after my order was placed I would expect at least an eta of delivery.

Poor waited 2 weeks still not heard anything about my bed, I have asked for a refund as this hasn’t even been dispatched yet , not heard anything. Don’t order from these , communication is poor .

Great products, Crazy prices and very speedy delivery 👍

The bed hasn’t been built yet. We ordered on the 5th Nov- so it’s not quick delivery- I expected this due to reviews about it taking a long time! We had 30 mins notice of the bed being delivered- thankfully my husband was in as there was only 1 delivery driver! He wouldn’t help the delivery upstairs either. Amazing price- this is why we went with this company- I hope the bed and mattress is as good as it looks on the website.

One of the bars arrived bent, contacted them, asked me for photos/videos. I sent those and nothing so far. So not a good experience unfortunately.

Excellent all around the bed was amazingly made, excellent quality and service

Good communication, fast delivery. I had one slat from my day bed missing, they quickly sent out a replacement.

Really fast delivery, the bed is better quality than I thought it would be for the price and the mattress is really great value for money. Only marked a star down as the instructions need to be reviewed as the last part of assembly is impossible with the current order it is in and also one of the bolts was too short to meet the hole which had been put in too deep but was just a quick visit to b&q to buy a longer one and the issue was sorted.

Easy to put together

Really pleased with our new king size bed frame, good quality for the price. Very easy to build with simple instructions, would recommend if looking for a cheaper option on a new bed frame.

Easy to order and was kept informed about delivery. The delivery driver was very polite and careful with my order. Everything was packaged well and instructions easy to understand.

Bought king-size 25cm mattress for my daughter,she absolutely loves it and definitely sleeps alot better.

I placed an order on Saturday, October 18th, which was supposed to be delivered within 5–7 days. However, it’s now well past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my order. I also received an email from the delivery company stating that they currently don’t have any updates on the shipment.
So far, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The bed hasn’t been delivered yet, and I’ve already been asked to provide feedback. I’ve contacted customer service, but haven’t received any response so far.

Superb contact and tracking information, delivered earlier than expected and was delivered by an amazing guy who helped bring it in to my home.
