Good value, decent quality and not too bad on delivery time

I find it funny that I get an email asking to leave a review on my experience when I’m still waiting for a bed I ordered over 2 weeks ago..

I ordered the beds at the end of December 2025 and still haven’t received any response. I’ve sent the same email twice with no reply. I understand that deliveries can be delayed, but the lack of communication has made me question the company’s credibility. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I don’t know how else to contact them besides an email that goes unanswered.

Ordered a mattress 2 weeks ago and still not received. Email stated item would be delivered in 5 business days yet here we are. Have been back and forth emailing their customer service team to be told yesterday that the mattress is due to leave the warehouse that same day and be given to the couriers where I will then receive tracking details… 24hours later and still nothing. Possibly a scam company. Avoid regardless! Quick to take your money but won’t give the goods.

Ordered a bed for my granddaughter which she chose. Waited, emailed (which seems to be the only way of getting in touch, no phone number considering it's a company) was told something went wrong at the warehouse. Will expedite ASAP. Waited emailed again. Bed was a no show. Got fed-up and requested cancellation and refund.

Still haven’t received my order

Straightforward build, good instructions.
Feels sturdy and safe to use. Good value.

Had a mail from transport saying they had not received our beds.
Beds ordered 29/12.
I would like to know what happened?

It’s been 10+ days and Still haven’t received shipment or been able to get in contact with some one at the business🤦🏻‍♂️

13 days after order and no delivery has been scheduled.

I have NOT received my bed.
Terrible customer service.
I have asked for a refund, we will see what happens. I won't hold my breath though!

I have not received the item and have had no contact from the company. I do however keep getting emails asking me to review them which is really infuriating. My daughter is still sleeping on the floor as result.

I purchased a bed frame from this company and only after assembling it (as required) did it become clear that the quality is very poor. The bed makes loud squeaking noises during normal use, making it unfit for purpose.
I contacted the company immediately to request a return. I was told this was not possible because the bed had been assembled, despite the fact that assembly was necessary to identify the fault. I then provided video evidence clearly showing the issue, as requested by the company.
Since sending the video, I have received no response to multiple follow-up emails.
I have now raised this publicly because of the lack of communication. Trustpilot has also confirmed that this company is using ratings incorrectly and is in breach of Trustpilot guidelines.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Ordering was simple price was good and dispatch and delivery went smoothly

Used this company for the first time , delivery was a bit slow but I emailed the company and they sorted this in 2 days , thank you , love my bed frame , good quality with a great price tag , looks great in my spare room.

The wooden slats for bedframe have broken after only a few months and I'm not a heavy person

Terrible company, still not received the whole bed only the mattress, refusing to refund refused to send a replacement DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I purchsed my kids' beds on the 22nd of November 2025, today is 9 December, 2025. No delivery, no update, my emails are ignored blatantly. I am so disappointed. You are asking me to rate a service you didn't provide? Pathetic.

Placed the order on 22/11/25 still only received part of my order

Emailed the customer service account on Friday afternoon, but still not heard anything

The delivery courier gave me 4mi s notice of delivery , your communication states I would get a delivery update on the morning of delivery , I got an email at 9.56 for a delivery at 1000
Which gave me no time to plan anyone to be in , then only part of the delivery were delivered and left on the front door step

I still haven’t received my order and the tracking code doesn’t even indicate when I will receive it. 13 days after my order was placed I would expect at least an eta of delivery.
