Its a breath of fresh air when you talk to a company and they know what they are talking about, this guy clearly knows his stuff and was able to guide me to exactly the type of racquet that was suited to my need, can highly recomend

I was ultimately pleased with the service from Cramp sports. At first I ordered a racket which I did not really like - and Cramp sports were kind enough to let me exchange it. I now love my new racket and am sure that my game has improved because of it.

I use Crampsport for badminton rackets. I play in the Stockport league and I know many of the other league players also use them. They stock many different brands including Yonex, Ashaway and Li Ning. They are the UK distributer for Tactic rackets so can offer test rackets for this brand. They also stock a range of accessories such as grips, bags and shoes and do a fantastic stringing service. Great little showroom with lots of stock on display so you can tough and feel the products and get a feel for whats right for you. The owner is also a fantastic goldmine of information about what tension to string your rackets at etc.... Overall a brilliant little company offering everything a regular player needs.

I have used Camp Sports before and whilst it was a bit tortuous getting the reel of string I wanted it took me a great deal of research and eventually managed to get in touch with the owner. The string arrived shortly afterwards. The excuse was that he was on holiday. Ok so one issue doesn't make a bad experience. But a second ..... I gave him another go and ordered a reel of string. For some reason I decided to pay on my credit card - good decision. I place the order and got the usual website generated receipt which was very clsoe the the receipt number I got last time so that was a red flag. Anyway the reel never arrived so I sent an email. It went unanswered. I tried the phone number - out of orde/disconnect, then I realised that was how it was last time !! Did a bit of research and found their FB page - not good. Contaced the number for the guy who takes in rackets for stringing by Cramp Sports in order to get a contact number. Oh you've just missed him. I am sure he'll sort it soon ... So I asked for a contact number as the landline was out of order/disconnected. Surely the guy who has contact with Cramp Sports to pass on rackets for stringing would have a number. No withb the excuse it's in my other wallet !!!! But don't worry I'll call you back later. Still waiting on that call. Anyway in the end contacted my bank who refunded me instantaneously.

Avoid at all costs! Don't be lured into buying anything! We fell victim of the flashy looking professional website, but in reality there is no shop or showroom as the photos would make you believe in thinking. This is run by one man from the bedroom of his house. Nothing wrong with that if you deliver what you advertise, but he doesn't. He doesn't reply to emails, answer his phone, even his Facebook page is dormant and his website still has bits left to complete from the generic template that was used to create it. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from him. Google his address to see its actually his home in the middle of nowhere and his name Karl Cramp or Karl Cramp Sports and you'll be quite surprised what you might come across about him on the internet!!!
