SPORT EQ IS A SCAMMERS PARADISE

Orderd a punchbag from sportEQ via amazon. Waited 4 days and what a surprise, the complete wrong bag turned up, no wall bracket no wraps and no mits. Obviously not very happy but thought this had just been an over sight. So my partner and I decided to call the seller direct a mr 'Amir Hussain' what an awful human. His response to the wrong product being delivered was that it was our fault and that he had tried to call/email my partner to tell us this. WHY SEND OUT A COMPLETE DIFFERENT PRODUCT I ASKED.....BECAUSE ITS NOT IN STOCK HE SAID...BUT STILL ADVERTISED AS IN STOCK! He then became abusive to my partner so I jumped on the phone he then proceeded to say it was our fault and that we need to arrange returns. So we contacted amazon who have since arranged our return. This company should be removed from Amazon....not a single good review. By the way unit 10 is house no 19 Norwich Street....mR Hussain is a liar and needs a little visit so he will stop conning people. #Shitheadhuman

Got scammed like the rest of you

Got scammed like the rest of you! If you haven't purchased anything from them yet then don't. Luckily I purchased through Amazon where they're a 3rd party seller instead of buying directly. Bought a punch bag with bracket, gloves ect, they sent a cheap replacement with just a chain. Called them to make them aware of their mistake & was met with a barrage of excuses and finger pointing. Told me they have been trying to get hold of me for days (they haven't) and sent me a more expensive replacement as the one I bought was "sold out". Which is also a lie. I wasn't born yesterday and I knew within a minute of being on the phone to him that he had scammed me. Reported it to Amazon and they've opened a full investigation on them and have refunded me fully. I've also reported them to trading standard. I suggest everyone else do the same, just a nasty little man.

Scamming company

Bought Dumbbells for 460 euro's.
After 1 was broken i had to send it back for a refund and once they received it they promised to refund and then ignored me after that.

After contacting amazon for 6 months straight they finally refunded me.

Never buy at sporteq cause they keep scamming people...

Still no refund after a month & NO response

I ordered weights from sporteq and the order was shortly followed by a phonecall to tell me they actually didnt have any weights at all in stock. The person on the phone was nice enough, told me that he would refund me and he would see if he could get the weights back in stock sooner than expected. This was almost a month ago.. I have emailed, text, webchat multiple times and NO ONE has responded and I have no refund!!! Shocking service! Do not shop here!

Ordered a Rotating Punch Bar and Strike…

Ordered a Rotating Punch Bar and Strike Dummy Head Set and the top ball broke within 5 minutes. The spring on this had been welded which a spring should never be welded and this broke where the weld was.
They initially replied straight away but then radio silence not replying to emails or messages.
4 weeks later still noting so took it to an engineering firm who made a special threaded section rather than being welded £60 later all working.
Lots of promises from this company but don't actually do what they say they will.
Do not use unless you want hassle when something goes wrong. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, paid for something which I never received and cannot get my money back despite initial contact with someone via email who gave me instructions of what to do. Not returning emails won’t answer phone and no refund. Basically robbed me,

Avoid at all costs

I'd give zero stars if I could. Purchased a heavy bag for my husband's Christmas, which they immediately cancelled due to them not delivering to Scottish Islands. Ok, fair enough, some companies don't, so I decided to purchase from another company.
Sporteq didn't refund my money, despite me contacting them twice, until I raised a dispute with my bank.
Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague! I ordered a Punchbag from them. Did not receive the bag. I rang them to ask for an update no one answered the phone, I rang over 50 times not one call answered. Emailed them numerous times Heard nothing back from them. Absolutely dire service verging on fraudulent. They have basically robbed me.

Items never arrived

Ordered goods at a cost of £70 including postage, but they have never arrived. Sporteq has never answered the phone, and has not responded to e-mails or a posted letter, or to messages on Facebook (although I can see my message has been received). I will be reporting to Trading Standards.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could - by far the worst online purchase I've had to deal with - I paid for next day delivery on a Wednesday... No news of postage for a week and no reply to my emails or phone calls. When I raised a case with PayPal, item was posted a whole week later and still no communication with me nor a refund for the extra fees I paid for next day postage.

If I hadn't paid by PayPal - I don't think I would have even received the items... Still made a loss on the postage though..

Trust me and look elsewhere, where you have buyer protection - and do not pay extra for postage as PayPal could not help me with claiming that back😭
