I was phoned by an agent before I had completed and submitted the request a call form. When I stuttered my response to call he said he was free so jumped in to make the call. It gave me the feeling that as soon as you go onto there site you are being monitored so as soon as you start to complete form they can jump on you unexpectedly. I just dont think this is a very professional way to conduct business
