They had an incomplete adress and did not bother to call me. After more than a week of waiting I noticed the error myself they must have the poorest delivery service ever I mean how can you send something to an adress without the residential number!!

Because I may have gotten a defective unit, I had to return it. The return process was relatively worry free. So to be fair, I don’t want to review the product. I want to review the process. It was not perfect, but it was not cumbersome difficult either.

bought a stand for patio umbrella. one of the knobs can't be screwed into pole. They require a video picture to approve refund. What is a picture of a screw hole going to show? Ridiculous! and they do not respond to emails. Very poor service. Will have to involve Paypal to rectify this. On their ad they show a guaranteed refund within 30 days and are not honouring it, Very disappointed with this company

Placed an order June 4th. On June 8th I received an email saying the order was shipped. When I tried to track it UPS said they had not received the package.
I reached out to customer service and was told to wait, sometimes UPS needs to update. I waited then reached out again and was told to wait again which I said I would not because now I needed it urgently. They said they would email me in 24-48 hours but did not.
The shipping should have been maximum 12-15 days but it has now been over 21 days and I still have not received my package.
I believe they simply did not ship it and then had the audacity to tell me to wait TWICE. Not sure if it's a scam, terrible customer service process (the company not the workers), terrible organizational efficiency, terrible communication, would not buy from again.

the item ordering process was easy. We had to wait a bit longer for our fireplace as it had to be obtained from their distribution center in theUSA. As a result we had a longer delivery time than the normal had the item been available. We just got it late yesterday so have no had a chance to open the package or install our fireplace yet. This is the plan for the weekend and hope all is in perfect condition and the fireplace has no issues.
