Generally, we arrange for the shipment from the nearest warehouse based on customer's delivery address. However, since the product was out of stock in Canada, we have arranged to ship it from the warehouse in the United States. So the transportation time will be longer. A little noisy and display panel is in an inconvenient location...
The portable air conditioner I received had no issues. The only complaint I may have is that it has a rather high-pitched buzzing sound that is somewhat annoying (not a deal breaker making me want to send it back, but alot noisier than I hoped). The only other comment I have is that the display/control panel is directly on top, so I have to stand in front of the air conditioner to look down on the top to see the display. Inconvenient, as my previous air conditioner I could look at the display from across the room (it was positioned on the front).

Bought two different outdoor side…
Bought two different outdoor side tables , one was absolutely great, sturdier and well built . The other was not worth the money , looks nice but built in a way that if you tighten the bolts 1/4 turn too much and start looking for the gorilla glue

Even though we ordered an Arbor to arrive for our wedding. We had not expected it to be delayed due to inventory issues in canada.
The arbor had to be ordered from USA and arrived fortunately before our wedding. That said they did a great job of getting the shipment to arrive a week before the wedding.
We were very pleased with the product itself.
