Portable AC
Honestly, I found you via Facebook and heard good things. Bought the 10,000 BTU portable and had it shipped. Price was better than stores in town. I was leery as I wasn't sure how well a portable worked compared to a window mount but it was the only solution for our living room as there is only a sliding patio door for ventilation. The only problem I had was with UPS shipping as it arrived in town and then they kept making reasons why it wasn't delivered by the end of day as stated. This was purely on UPS and nothing to do with Costway. Fantastic AC as we had a few hot days since install and it works better than anticipated.

They say how are you enjoying your…
They say how are you enjoying your product but which i haven't been and its been nothing but back and forth emails for a week. One week later they may be actually sending out my missing. As it's takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive those missing parts. Not worth the wait in my opinion.

Not wooden table
The table was not wood as stated. the back of chair was plastic -- look and feel very cheap. Took hours to install and is too much trouble to dissemble and return -- will be throwing it. Very dissappointed.
