The carpet fitted has been outstanding since being fitted very good finish and very hard wearing.

Terrible service, after being a customer for 5 years. Their warranty/guarantee states you are covered for stains. I got some coffee on mine (with caramel in), and followed their instructions to get out, unfortunately it has stained. I reached out as it clealrly states you are covered for ten years but they are not doing anything. I spent thousands years ago doing the whole house and have recently just done another two rooms but I will never purchase from them again because when there is a problem they just ignore you. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them, lots of unhappy customers.

Quality is excellent! It is so soft and almost feels bouncy it is that thick! Carpet fitter Charlie Precious of Wistow North Yorkshire was extremely efficient and quick! Very friendly! I would recommend both! Thank you

Dan Sheehans were a pleasure to deal with. Once we chose the carpet there was about a 2 week wait for it to be delivered, but knowing this we were given a date for fitting and as promised bright and early that morning Leonard was on to fit the carpet and he did a seamless job. The quality of the carpet is superb as was the service provided.

Very good quality carpet

The carpet seems to be good quality, which it should be at £23.99 a square yard. It's only been down a few weeks so there shouldn't be any issues with it. Hopefully it will last quite a few years.

I think the title says it all really. I was looking for, and found, a lovely bedroom carpet. Soft to walk on and I love the colour as it lightens and brightens the room.
