Its alright. It randomly goes off at times on its own without anyone or anything near it and thats very annoying especially late at night when we're sleeping. Then the trips log doesnt even give you an address as it did from the start. It would just say "unable to resolve address" and I have contacted support and the dealer where installation was done. They still couldn't do anything so its like I'm wasting my money for all that to not work properly.

Not even close to the advertised range of 15 000 feet. I'm inside a building at 500 feet and it will not start my truck. Have to be outside to have any luck.

Good product. Terribly support. I sent a payment to renew my 3 subscription. I was suppose to receive 3 upgraded modules. They never came and I have been calling and texting Compustar for a week and it is impossible to reach them.

Id give it 5 stars but the icons on the remote are very hard to see. It sure rates a 5 star but who ever designed the icons didn't do very good. Other than that it works perfectly

I've had the starter for a couple weeks and I love how simple and minimal the design is. Reliable starter and I am glad I made the purchase. No issues in -30 weather.

Haven’t used all the combinations but the start feature is great! I know if the vehicle is actually running when I start it from inside a windowless building.

An outstanding product so convenient just hit a button and automatically starts very nice in cold weather and the distance between car fob and vehicle is amazing 1200 feet that’s 4 football fields long truly an awesome product and price is really resonable for the convenience

This is the first time I’ve had a remote start on my vehicle. Just in time for cold and snow. I love it. The other night, 9 degrees and northerly wind at 20mph. Cutting cold. My car was warmed up and ready for me. Using the Drone app is quite informative. Voltage and inside temperature. Wish I’d done it a long time ago. The technician has done an excellent job of installation.
