They took away my public IP address without warning.
Spent nearly 4 hours on phone today, could not get through to anyone who could help. spent most of the 4 hours listening to crappy music.
Very poor customer service.

I was extremely impressed with my Community Fibre installation today. Reece sent a message to let me know his arrival time and showed up right as stated.
He efficiently climbed the telegraph pole near my home to string the new cable, then brought it inside at the exact spot needed for my broadband and wifi landline setup. He was careful and tidy throughout the process and took the time to explain everything to me. Reece went above and beyond to ensure everything was fully operational, setting up my system so it worked seamlessly across my laptop, Amazon Fire Stick and wifi landline.
Besides the exceptional service so far, switching to Community Fibre is going to save me over £30 a month compared to my previous supplier. I look forward to a great ongoing relationship with them. I have to wait for my landline number to be ported which is going to take a few days - I have been given an interim number until my own is fully functional again. If I have any gripe this is it - otherwise so far so good. I will now be looking into having my mobile service with Community Fibre. Thanks again for the great installation and set up.

Community Fibre can’t be faulted as an ISP, and I had no concerns renewing my contract with them.

Jordan was awesome this guy was the best patient tech support wizard solved issue perfectly. I would say maybe all of Community Fibre should learn from Jordan because the rest of the tech support for the last year have either tried to upsell or wanted to end the call
