Worried what to do with old mattress. Found this WeCollectYourold bed site and booked it at very reasonable price. Then looked at reviews and was a bit worried. I neednt have been. I booked it Friday and they arranged for 2.30pm to 5pm Monday collection - yippee! 2 very pleasant gentlemen arrived bang on time. (they had rang half hour prior) and took old mattress away. Would recommend this service to anyone.

Tried 3 days before my collection to change the date as per their T&Cs. Phone is always busy - sent 2 emails - nobody has the manners to reply. Absolute joke. If you could give 0 stars I would have

They didn't show up within my designated 3-hour window. So I left the bed outside, as it says in the Ts and Cs that's OK. I then got an sms saying they were en route, about 20 minutes away. I then heard 2 days later that the bed had not been taken. No apology, just an offer to refund. That doesn't change the fact that I wasted an afternoon and had to suddenly find another service to remove it.

After booking I saw the reviews and got worried but the day before pick up was due I got a text and email with an estimated 3 hour slot. On the day I had a follow up text and was slightly later time. Given a link so I could track when they were due then got a text and call when they were on their way. They picked it up with no problems at all.

I am expecting a removal of a king size mattress today. So far I have heard nothing. Tried calling and apparently only open Monday to Friday 8 to 5. I am having to store a mattress in a one bed flat which is now a fire hazard. Absolutely disgusting service. I'll never use again.

I paid you for the mattress fence and chose a specific date.

I took a day off from work on purpose you didn't even warn me that you weren't coming.

No one even called or apologized, your phones are not working it is impossible to contact you!

Easy and quick to use website. Booked a slot for the day I wanted. Day before they gave me a 3 hour window, which was confirmed on the day of collection, then a phone call half an hour prior to their arriving. Collected everything and were pleasant. Great service for a low price.

Absolutely appalling service. Would not recommend to someone i hate. Booked and paid for their services and gave instructions for our building entry and parking. Surly and rude subcontractors turned up and complained about a 6 minute walk. They then complained about the bed frame being dismantled (which you are requested to do otherwise "surcharges apply") and said they would "call the office" and left saying "we will be back". 2 hours later no sign of them. Called the office and received some nonsense story however the "drivers" did not even offer to take the mattress and just left. This isn't poor service it is NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE THAT THEY CHARGING you for. The helpful lady, Sharon, in the office said she would get back if i email instructions to rearrange a pick up but then as of end of day NO reply. Nothing. I will be seeking a refund and also reporting this company to trading standards as it is offering services that it subcontracts out and is unable to keep to those services. Truly a fraud in many senses of the word. I would NOT recommend this company.

Hidden terms and conditions, not making it apparent you have to dismantle bed frame.

Also, after turning up more than a hour outside deliver window they were not willing to take the mattress that qualified for collection. I chose king bed set removal and they insisted that mattress is separate?

Avoid, waste of money and not helpful in helping refund at least the mattress collection that met all their terms and conditions.

We arranged a collection for 16th August, had an email confirmation and arranged to be at home all day for the collection. The bed wasn't collected and after several emails and phone calls (they don't answer the phone) We have raised a dispute with our credit card company who are dealing with this for us. Stay away is my advice.

Very bad experience and unprofessional.

Delivery got cancelled due to fine prints in T&Cs that were not outlined in clear upon making the booking. I was not advised of any preparation needed ahead of time, even though I called ahead of time to make sure everything is going ahead and according to my booking.

They wasted a full day during a house move. Instead of making it a seamless experience, they hide behind fine printed t&cs and do not advise their customers of their specific requirements for a bed removal.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very easy process and kept informed throughout collection process. Would definitely use again.

Website looks a bit dated but all went as expected. Time slot night before and arrived when promised. A little more expensive than our local authority service but much quicker and easier. As long as you read the T&Cs, have the matress ready, not left out to get wet etc you should be fine. We left ours in the front on the garage and pulled out when they arrived. Worth the cost to not have a large king-size matress to store or transport. Would have no hessitation using again.

Paid for a collection on 23 June only to have customer service phone at 5.35pm on 22 June to say that there had been an error and the collection couldn't happen as they had confirmed . She blamed a computer error! Now I'm struggling to get my £35 back. Awful service.

Easy enough website to navigate.
Easy to place order and pay.
Would use again.

Picked up by Rhenus hd and no problems there either. With text on the Friday of 3hr guide times for the Monday pickup. Tracking website found accurate and with a courtesy call to let you know they are on there way was helpful.

Excellent efficient service. Our old mattress and base was collected the next day within the time scale given. Good to know it’s not going to landfill!

Ordered a collection of an old mattress never picked it up promised a refund that was 2 weeks ago still waiting I would avoid this company

Brilliant service. Collection within 2 days of booking. Really efficient- great comms via email text and phone and 3 hour collection slot. Ignore the bad reviews and read the clear instructions. Highly recommended
