AVOID. THEY DON'T COLLECT STAINED ITEMS. EVEN ITEMS WRAPPED IN PLASTIC. ALSO, YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM BY PHONE. ALL CONTACT IS THROUGH WHATSAPP MESSENGER. I WILL WAIT 48 HOURS FOR MY REFUND AND THEN SPEAK TO MY BANK. I WILL ALSO REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Called at 11am and requested some bins, dropped same day and collected promptly when full. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks!

Totally unacceptable. They took the money. No time slot provided and no further contact from them. I will be seeing these guys at the small claims court.

Organised to have 2 beds with matrasses picked up.
Job was subcontracted. Van was too small. Subcontractors said this happens all the time. Company is very unorganised. All they could take was the matrasses and not the base.
No response from Collect your old bed. You can WhatsApp all you want but nobody helps. They are so bad, they even sent me a proof of collection which states they did not take the bed base. Don't waste your money. They are a waste of time and money.

Sent time slot day before. Just before end of slot rang to say would be half an hour, Lovely helpful consideratecouple came to collect efficient and considerate. i am very pleased

Fraudulent website and service. They didn't even attempt to pick up the mattress - refund refused.

They didn't take my bed away because it wasn't dismantled when they came to collect it. Like many other people they don't make the instructions clear to you when you book hiding them in website terms and conditions.

No refund or offer of a reschedule and the same answer from their customer service that I'd need to pay for the service again. Not likely!

I went to citizens advice and told them what happened and they have been reported to trading standards for poor practice. Best anyone can do is to get them reported through citizens advice as legally you can't get a refund under these circumstances.

One star is off simply due to the business not addressing previous complaints from customers on here which is not a good look!

My own experience was very good. Collection took place within the time slot which was emailed and texted over to me. Drivers didn’t call ahead which isn’t an issue as I had my partner at home waiting to open the door. Collecting drivers were very nice, made conversation, took care when taking the mattress out of the house. They brought packaging with them but we had pre-bagged the mattress and it was completely dry, had it ready downstairs close to the front door. We did this in light of what’s in the terms and conditions as well as previous reviewers saying their collection failed as the goods were wet. So if you have the means — definitely take the goods downstairs and keep them inside, bag or wrap if possible.

Like many other reviews, wouldn't take mattress claiming it's wet. It wasn't, it was slightly surface damp from drizzle. Not made clear at all that it should apparently be kept in the house for collection but hidden in terms and conditions.

I booked a mattress collection quite last minute and was pleased to see collect your bed could collect my mattress on my chosen date. I didn't receive my time slot and got a bit worried when I read the other reviews but I used the contact form on their website and was emailed pretty much straight away to reassure me the mattress would be collected and with an estimated time. The collectors were lovely and very efficient

Very chaotic and overall bad experience with this company.

I've wanted to remove my mattress. The website is quite confusing, and they took my money right away without confirmation (I was not expecting that).
Then they apparently shared my phone number with another client, in clear violation of privacy.

They are not upfront with their requirements, and you have to look them up beforehand, and they are not easy to find.
Then I tried to cancel the collection, and there was more confusion and chaos - there is no way to call them, the WhatsApp number is a useless bot, and they ignored my e-mails.

Now they refuse to refund, and my mattress is still here.

Would not recommend.

We moved out of our old house and left our mattress on the drive. Paid £36 for mattress collection.

The guy who turned up refused to pick the mattress saying we should be present for the collection. We explained that we have now moved over 100 miles away and will be unable to be present for the collection.

He then went ahead and said as the mattress is wet and not placed in a bag so they will be unable to collect it. He then proceeded to to hang up on me.

they were quick to take our money but was unable to complete the job. U bet they want the mattress to be in good condition so they can resell these mattresses to unsuspecting customers.

Total scam! Do yourself a favour and pay a legit company rather than these cowboys.

Avoid at all costs, spend £30 getting bed collection arranged only to be turned around saying the mattress was apparently wet. Told me to see instructions, but they were no instructions sent. Avoid, scammers

They did turn up on time, but then banged on the door when the mattress was quite clearly outside and then just stood there on the doorstep looking confused. They left both our gates wide open and dragged the mattress across the front of my car, luckily no damage was caused. Not impressed.

Used site on Monday to request removal of a king size bed set and headboard on the Thursday of the same week. Contacted the day before collection to confirm. Messaged day of collection to give eta. The guys came on time and took all away. No problems at all,would highly recommend;great price and service.

Booked a mattress collection for a few days ahead as we were buying a new one. The price was decent and confirmation email came through a few minutes later with a time window of 8.30-10.30. So far so good.

On the day however - no sign of them, no communication, nothing. Called their number - no answer, but directed to WhatsApp messenger to use a bot - no option to select the problem though. Emailed them, sent countless messages and nothing. At 1.30pm - got a link to book a new slot - FIVE days ahead. No option to cancel or speak to anyone. No explanation as to what happened. Just spectacularly let down and stuck with a massive mattress and scrambling to find a way to get rid of it. Really poor and unacceptable, won’t be using you in future.

I was a bit scared because after I booked online, I read the reviews and was a 50/50 chance that it was a scam, I received an email with the invoice after half an hour, I tried to call to get the delivery time and the number it's not recognised when dialing directly, even for the number I found in Google under a company called Rhenus Home Delivery Ltd. I added it to WhatsApp and an automated AI asked me a few questions and gave me a time slot, the collection date I had no call or text however they came and were very helpful, thank you!

THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered the service online. Was told on the day of collection they wouldn't collect. I tried to contact them to reschedule or get a refund but no-one replies. They sent me an email days later telling LIES and saying they won't collect or refund me. If you don't want to loose your money, do not use this service.
