Coinzoom is the best American crypto exchange

I have been using Coinzoom for around 4 years. i find them to be the best American exchange for crypto and their fees for buying crypto are the lowest I have ever seen.

Problem withdrawing MY OWN MONEY

there was no problem transferring ETH to coinzoom, however Customer Service says I need a VIP account to withdraw MY money. This is not a trustworthy platform for trading. I have the coinzoom app with the green circle with a squiggly line through it

Hello,

At CoinZoom we do not require customers to have a VIP account in order to withdraw funds. The behavior you described is consistent with known bad behavior used by scammers pretending to be us. They often have a similar but different URL for their website, app, and emails. The domain for all CoinZoom websites and email addresses is coinzoom.com. Every subdomain will always end in .coinzoom.com (notice the "." at the beginning). Domains such as coinzoom.com, trade.coinzoom.com or support.coinzoom.com are legitimate.

Scammers try to fool unsuspecting consumers with slight variations from the CoinZoom domain. Fraudulent sites may use something similar to the following fake domains:
-tradecoinzoom.com (missing "." between trade and coinzoom)
-www.coinzoomx.com (added "x" to coinzoom)
-coinzoom.com.co (added ".co" to coinzoom.com)
-coinzoom.net (wrong top level domain, .net)

Please contact us directly by going to our support portal: https://support.coinzoom.com. If the website is hosted in a country friendly to us we may be able to get their website taken down.

I don't suggest any body even try this…

I don't suggest any body even try this product, it's completely useless. Customer service worst in the world, no phone number, no office only e-mail, just think about what you can do with e-mail if you make transaction a few thousand dollars in to your account and for some reason you get lock. Few month ago I run tru 45K to the CoinZoom and after that I was on vacation and trying to log in to my account and I can't because it was lockup. Almost 4 business days I waiting for unlock and still nothing. That's mean on another side no one will take care of you. I still have some money on account but there is no chances to roll over it. My opinion The US government must control organizations like CoinZoom because they are not for trust, they are corrupted. Think about twice to have a deal with them, or stay away If your account is lock for some reason you will lose everything you have.

Not being able to sign into your account is a frustrating experience.

We provide world-class customer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Support is provided at https://support.coinzoom.com through live chat as well as through support tickets. Our initial response time for chats and tickets averages under one minute.

For a customer that gets locked out of their account, for example, they lose access to the two-factor authenticator code, we have a process that allows the customer to upload a video of themselves requesting to have it reset. We can also have a Zoom Meeting to resolve such issues.

Customers that forget their password can reset their password without interacting with customer support by clicking the "Forgot Password" link found on the login screen
If you are still locked out of your account, please create a support ticket with as many details as possible at https://support.coinzoom.com.

A company that cares about getting it right!

I would highly recommend.

Updated: I did leave a unfavorable report after becoming frustrated with a transaction. I have edited this due to the very positive way that CoinZoom reacted to my initial post. A representative (Jordan) did actually call me, reached out and discussed my frustration and walked me through how they could improve their service. He helped me understand what happened and where to find information regarding the transaction. I have gone from an initial negative experience to an very positive one. Jordan was very concerned with addressing the items that caused my confusion and frustration and preventing that happening to myself and others in the future. Just reaching out was a huge way to improve their relations and to show they truly do care about their customers. I will be recommending their services to others.

Thank you for allowing us to respond to your concerns.

We see that your main concern is regarding undisclosed fees, however, we provide our fees on our website here: https://www.coinzoom.com/fees/

Most of the fees that you mentioned in your review were never charged to you. For example, we do not charge a fee for depositing crypto. The nearly $100 difference you mention, comes from two sources, the wire fees and the $ 45.00 charged by your bank. You did pay the $25.00 wire fee, which is disclosed on our fee page and the wire page in our app. Your first attempt was returned by your bank. The amount returned by them was $45.00 less than what was sent. We deposited all funds returned to your account and did not charge a reversal fee. When you sent a new wire with updated bank info, you paid the $25.00 wire fee.

Please feel free to contact us directly with any additional questions or concerns.

Coinzoom allowed a fraudulent transaction on my account

I am very crypto savy. Coinzoom has been trusted by many of my friends and used for small transactions. When I used my account for a large transfer to another crypto platform, the deposit was successful and then 10 minutes later, the money "disappeared". Coinzoom sent me the confirmation of the fraudulent transaction telling me my transfer was "successful"! When talking with customer service, Coinzoom is denying any responsibility and denying reimbursing the money from the fraudulent transaction originating from Coinzoom! My trust is broken for this company along with losing half of my savings from Coinzoom.

Hi, Crystal. We're sorry to hear about this incident. At CoinZoom, we take any claims of fraudulent activity and missing funds very seriously. Our Customer Support team has provided documentation to you showing that the funds were successfully transferred as authorized from CoinZoom to the external wallet address that was provided. We do not have the ability to control what happens to the funds once they leave your CoinZoom account. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist further in this matter, but we recommend that you contact the owner of the external wallet in order to resolve this issue.

Terrible is a compliment.

Terrible, to say the least.
I tried to withdrawn my money using a Debit Card (nothing special, just a normal bank debit card) and it did not work. I asked for help, at least 4 different people replied and not even one of them was able to suggest to use a different card (I tried and I finally got my money back). When asking for help I pointed that I had only 100$ on my Coinzoom account and, one of the persons, suggested me to use a Wire withdrawn method: 25$ of fees. Terrible company, useless customer service, will never ever use it again.

I put $10,200 into coinzoom....so far so good...did everything correctly in sending it to the correct address. Coinzoom put a different address on it and I received a notice saying successful and it was the WRONG address. They quickly changed it to the right address with another note saying successful transfer. It made it to the address intended and disappeared into syberspace. It went to that first address now I am out $10,200. They won't do anything about it . DONT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS SCAM.

CoinZoom - 50% Fees! Avoid This Company

I was charged 50% fees from this company ..... 50%!!!

When I complained they said the fees are on the website. Yes, they are, but too small, most people (is it their goal?) miss the fees info.

It's so easy to change, just have a pop up with a WARNING stating you are about to be ripped off with 50% fees!

That way customers can decide but right now it's just you're gonna get ripped off with 50% fees too bad suckers!

In this day and age these scammy type companies can be avoided. There are a lot of far better options!

When you complain their customer service just reply with bog standard url links, awful customer service too!

Update: 4th July 2022

The CoinZoom Customer Service were excellent, they refunded me!

I made a deposit by debit on March 20…Disappointed

I made a deposit by debit on March 20 2022 and it said on the portal that I am not able to withdraw the funds or crypto until the 27th. Three days later that withdrawal date changed to may 11th. I would have never deposited with them had I known it would have taken more than 7 days. Support was no help when they finally responded saying that it could take up to 90 days. I advise against this company if you are planning on withdrawing before 90 days.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I need to explain simple concepts 7 times before they even understand what i am saying. Do these customer service morons even know what crypto currency is?

Plus i got my coinzoom card but i can not get cash out at the cash machine. I can only use it to buy stuff. For buying stuff it works everywhere credit cards are accepted.

The fact that when you make a deposit…

The fact that when you make a deposit either a ACH or Credit Card it that deposit will be available within your account in 7 business days. It takes an additional 20 days for you to be able to send or withdraw the funds. This to me is like holding your funds hostage.

Too many fees…

Too many fees and really weird platform. Crypto.com is much better. I tried to send to another wallet which is like pulling teeth. Only got about 50% of my BCH balance. Strange. Where the heck did my money go? Never had such a hard time with any other Crypto platform.

Coinzoom fraud!

No matter what you do in life, keep off from this company. They are very crooked and shady. Customer service is poor. They will take your money and give every excuse they can conjure to hold onto it. I don't think there's any worse crypto app or website out there than this useless company. Maybe they should name it fraudzoom. They have over $65k of my money and have held unto it for the past 3 months with every excuse they can find.

Spent $500CAD and almost immediately realized that CoinZoom was a complete waste of that money (and time). Before even using anything (it took me just after 30 days to get around to start tinkering), I was conveniently informed that there are no refunds, whatsoever. Obviously they’re in it for a quick buck, not the long haul.

Terrible business

Terrible business. Cant withdraw money to bank. Instead have to pay them to withdraw to a debit card. Transfer sometime takes hours. They randomly changed staking requirements for a card with 0 notice. Promo dont pay and you have to contact support.
