If you value your money. Run!! This is jot the place. Whomever runs this joke of a company should resign. Awful customer service. Any withdrawal take almost a week. If you have an issue with them they take 3 days to respond.

The worst crypto exchange in Canada. Zero support, extremely long wait times. Do not use this site.

They called me about deposit funds on account. asked me couple of questions everything was good and in couple of minutes i received email saying: they could not deposit funds and could not reflect them on account. costumer support on terrible level no reply from them no call from them. Now i am just willing to receive my money back and 0 attention from them. I am suggesting everybody to never use them

Wow stay away from this exchange ! About 3/4 of the crypto or only for commercial use ! You can not withdraw! Costumer service is the worst that I have see ! Min 10 days to a reply for a simple question ! As a Canadian I was happy to use this Canadian exchange until I find out that I can not transfer any crypto in my wallet except xrp btc ! Try kukoin ! 100 times better !

Seem am 1 of many adding to this list. Add funds and now account is locked. Gave you a questionnaire and then locks you out.

Wow. I put money in and wish to withdraw, and the system won't allow me. I am told to contact customer service, and have done so for days.

I have deposited 21k on your account and immediately I have restriction about the crypto withdrawal. I have been trying to reach them 2 weeks now and I have no replay from them. I will be taking this situation to the suitable Canadian department and will complain law suit about this service . You are laughing at our face this can not continue like this!

Terrible thieving platform. No customer service and nothing works. I cannot transfer my crypto out of there. Total SCAM.

I recently left a bad review for coinsquare.I was mostly because their support team did not return emails and i was concerned after a week of not responding. But i managed to contact them and my problem of a ocked account was corrected quickly and i was up and running again.
But the future of support is still in my mind because the only support is via email so far.

I logged in to make a withdrawl and they have locked my account. There is zero customer service (emails and automated chat bots that go nowhere) to get this resolved. Given the high price of cryptocurrencies at this time, could it be that there is now a run on Coinsquare so they are blocking accounts to avoid a financial failure; similar to what happened with Quadriga CX, etc? Should we all get our money out now?

My account is placed on withdrawal restriction for no reason. When I wrote to Customer Support, it took 2 tries and over 7 days before I received a response. They said that I needed to enable 2FA before the withdrawal restriction can be lifted. I've tried both Google Authenticator (recommended by Coinsquare) and Microsoft Authenticator and correctly entered the time-sensitive code and Coinsquare's system keeps rejecting the codes. I am very frustrated by the dead-end solution that Coinsquare provided and just want to withdraw my funds entire. Fix your system and give me back my money, Coinsquare!

I've not been able to withdraw my crypto for months, very dissatisfied with their customer service and lack of response. If you have money with them, take it and run!

I moved my funds from Binance after they closed business for Canadian customers.
I tried to move funds to my personal wallet but not receiving email with the code complete the transaction.
Worst customer service I ever had.

Been with Coinsquire for years. Years ago they were pretty good .

Now my account has had a withdrawal restriction for over three weeks. They have not returned any emails and I am unable to withdraw funds. At this point, I believe they have turned into a scam and are taking peoples money. Be beware. !!

I have waited basically almost 1 week withdraw my funds on my new account. I sent several emails about my situation .

and I'm still restriction on my account after waiting 6 days access my funds.
I'm very dissatisfied with mediocre customer service . It is terrible and unresponsive. Stay far away from this terrible app.

a good place to get your crypto super easy to use everything works as you would expect. Good scam protections built in.

Eãsybęeė are very responsive and great customer service with no hassles. Responded to my email request very quickly. Resolved my issue. Unlike these you will be put on hold with no answer and they are very unreliable

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I deposited $2500 4 days ago and my account still says pending “action required”. I went onto their platform to cancel my e transfer and they locked my account! Emailed customer service 4 times and no response!

Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same issue as comments below. My e-deposit has been stuck for several days, have reached out to customer service - no reply.
