Couldn’t talk to a human and my redemption was approved and processed then yall cancelled it.

It's been almost a week and still no money in my account nor does my bank see an incoming deposit. After they cancelled my redemption request 5 times. I've been waiting over a month for my money.

Where's my money?

EDIT: This redemtion was cancelled almost a week later. So now I have to wait another week to have my redemption cancelled again.

What the hell is going on? $600 is a lot of money to me.

I want to apologize for the first review that I left here because it was my first time redeeming it took a while. I think I requested on July 2 but I didn’t get my money not until today and it is. Friday the 10th anyway this site it is legit but like I said, I did the bank transfer and it took a little bit longer and when I did try to redeem my winnings, I think I cancel it so many times so people if you do that, it may take a little bit longer Anyway I just wanna apologize and I do like the games on this site and it is legit so people like me for the first time I sometimes I don’t know. It’s just hard for me to just to deal with something new but I am good now. Thank you so much coinsback 🙏

My purchase and gameplay was great becuase I was able to make it up to the minimum amount to request a redemption to Skrill. I'm fully verified by the way. So now the reason for 2 stars is becuase I'm dissatisfied with waiting 7 days now and was told it would take 5 days and maybe longer for the first redemption . It's taking way longer than I expected and I need this money today.
Update I got it today. Still a long wait but I'm paid.

I requested my redemption on July 1 st and I’m still waiting on it!! I keep getting the same answer “3-5 business days” but it been since the 1st!! I will never play this game again!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

These people are rude as ever they send you promotional codes and when you enter them as the email says it does not work. Simply ask the question to the support chat and they message me back saying that I was doing stuff that was breaking the rules of their code of conduct. Still never got the bonus they promised me or any of my gift cards that I’ve been pending for the last two weeks. This site is junk and it’s a scam and all they do is rip you don’t spend your money.

I guess I should have read these reviews before I played on this site. Attempted to redeem 450$ total, been 7 days and still sitting in que no one has even reviewed any of my 3 redemptions which totals 450$. This casino has not answered any of my messages only an Ai robot. This is not cool. Update i got a response and I was very good, within 1 day redemption was reviewed approved and sent to bank account. So they made it right and I will continue to play on here

I really like the game selection and customer service is very responsive, also the coinsback feature is awesome! However, I won 200 and used skrill for the payout because that's usually the fastest. I'm on day 3 of waiting for 200 I would give 5 stars but since this is during the week and only 200 I feel it shouldnt take this long. Will update if I get my redemption.

well i was told my first reddem would take longer becasue it first one ok well now im waiting for 2nd reddem and its been 24 hours now and it says you r redeem will be reviewed shortly ok shortrly to me means few minutes not 24 hours or 2 days and so anyways now its gona be monday or tuesday before i get the redeem i liek spin quest the first redeem takes few days but ihave had 4 or 5 redeemsd and the 2nd and so on ha sbenen when i hit submit redeem my card has the redeem on it within 5 minutes coins back has good games but the redemptyion wait is unnecassry and you contCT HELO THEY GIVE U IS EXCUSES AND LIES my first redeem got expedited bcauyse i waited a total of 15 days for it i had to re su8bmit my redeem 4 times i will not play on coinsback back again after i get my 150 doillars im deleting my acct and blockin the emails they dont wanna help they just wanna give excuses and waste timie for no reason i even contacted vip host and he has not bothered to reply back im done with them so you guys do what ya want but dont say you haven tbeen warned i have all the emails and snapshots toprove what im sayin
