They are the best. Unlike Coinbase which doesn't even reply, they fix all your problems. The support is fast unlike other wallets like coinbase (doesn't reply) and spectrocoin.

We’re sorry to hear you found the process costly and difficult.

Gas and penalty fees are set per network and can vary depending on the blockchain used and current network conditions. We understand delays and costs can be frustrating, and we’re always working to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Some networks are currently experiencing all-time high usage, which has led to significant increases in network fees. Since our refund fees are set per network, these higher network costs can result in higher fees than usual, even for smaller transactions.

We understand how this can feel frustrating, especially in relation to the amount of your purchase. We always recommend selecting a network with lower fees where possible to help reduce costs in situations like this.

Charged 23.6 USD for a refund transaction made to a merchant. Refund email does not mention the reason for the refund nor the refund / transaction fee.

I am sorry for any frustration this has caused. Refunds can occur for several reasons, including if a payment was underpaid, overpaid, or arrived after the payment window had expired.
Please note that all refunds are subject to a transaction fee. These fees vary depending on the specific network used for the refund, and are deducted from the refund amount.

We’re sorry for the disappointment this has caused.

When issuing refunds, all transactions are subject to a set fee based on the network used. Some networks have recently seen high usage levels, which has led to increased network costs and higher fees than usual.

bad experience

I used coin payments to transfer 11 USDT but because there was fee in the transaction (1 usdt) they received 10 USDT. They inform me that they can not procced this transaction since it is less than the required amount and I can ask for refund. I tried to make the refund but they asked for to send them about 18 USDT (60 TRX) to refund me 11 :).

When a payment arrives for less than the required amount, the transaction cannot be processed and must be refunded. Refunds are sent on the network you choose, and each network has a set fee that must be covered before the refund can be issued.

In your case, the network selected for the refund has a higher fixed fee, which can sometimes exceed the value of smaller transactions, especially during periods of high network usage. This is why the cost to process the refund appears much higher than the original payment amount.

Where possible, we recommend selecting a lower-fee network to help keep costs reasonable for refunds and smaller transactions.

$41 gone no help from Coinpayment

I made a payment through CoinPayments but accidentally sent USDT instead of USDC. The transaction was fully confirmed on the blockchain, and CoinPayments received the funds.

Unfortunately, my payment was below the recovery threshold, and I’ve been told it’s not refundable. As a genuine user, $41 is not a small loss for me. I’ve opened a support ticket and kindly requested a one-time exception or help, but I haven’t received any solution so far.

I hope CoinPayments can consider helping real users in situations like this.

Hello, what is the ticket number from your request?

Scammers

Their merchants cheat their clients out of their money and it's normal for them. They don't even want to deal with them and don't block them, but the scammers continue to work. Accordingly, this payment system is also a scammer, it's not safe to make payments through it, their reviews are bought and their support is terrible.

If you don't want to lose money paying through them - avoid them.
