They are the best. Unlike Coinbase which doesn't even reply, they fix all your problems. The support is fast unlike other wallets like coinbase (doesn't reply) and spectrocoin.

My problem was resolved quickly
I had a problem with payment, and they resolved it quickly and professionally.
No support for User Mistakes
When the user doesn't make a mistake, system is pretty straight forward, works fine.
Problems start when other use cases start to appear. Let's name the most common one, so you can see how big of a scam the platform is.
User is prompted to send USDT on erc20 network. He confused and sent USDC, same network.
That is it, the funds are stuck, and the policy is, that to recover the funds from the blockchain (which according to their team, requires significant computing power & man hours) has a "standarized gas fee" of 0.02 ETH (That is $90), essentially beating the purpose of recovering a lesser amount.
So that's how with a stupid and random policy, they claim those funds for themselves.
Very fast resolution!

Thank you very much for solving my question. The support team answers and solves questions very quickly.
Worst experience ever.
Paid through CoinPayments and got absolutely zero help when the merchant CJS CD Keys straight-up scammed me. CoinPayments just shrugged and told me to deal with the merchant. No support, no backup, nothing. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

⚠️ Warning
⚠️
I requested a refund of only 14.33 USDT, but instead of sending it back, they demanded that I first send them 0.02 ETH (around $90 at the time) to cover "gas fees."
This is completely unreasonable since the refund is worth far less than the amount they are asking me to send. No legitimate company should ever require customers to send extra crypto just to receive their own money back.
Be very cautious — this looks like a scam or at least highly unethical behavior. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend trusting them with your funds.
Sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Bad experience, the service is sh*t
I was supposed to pay 50.75693 USDC(ERC-20), but I mistakenly sent USDT(ERC-20) instead. The After-sales ask for 0.02ETH gas fee to refund, which is much expensive than what I claim. RIDICULOUS!

Save Your Money From this Scammers!!!
I purchased a gift card, but because I was a few cents short after the transfer fee, they didn’t give me the card. When the money was returned to my wallet, they took it. The transaction shows the funds are back, but you can’t use them. Save your money and stay away from these scammers. Also, their Trustpilot reviews look fake.
