Hello Oscar,

Your account is open for trading, all the restrictions has been removed last week.

We are really sorry for disappointing you in this regard.
Due to security reasons system temporarily suspended your account for tradings. There might be several reasons and since it's not always human controlled, we can't provide you exact reason for that particular restriction, but most probably this was related to "suspicious trading activity". In order to ensure high security standards as well as protect SOLO from rapid price change/drop, system implements specific limits for SOLO trading pairs, depending on exact location, order size and frequency, liquidity, trading pair etc.

As you may already know, CoinField has been recently acquired and there will be serious changes in both SOLO and CoinField during the upcoming month. We do expect positive changes and growth for CoinField! :) We will also ensure to provide better support with 24/7 live chat feature enabled in a nearest future.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for keeping you wait for several weeks to finalise investigation.

Happy trading!

Awful company AVOID

Awful company. Fees of 50 GBP/EUR to withdraw YOUR OWN money. Put holds on your crypto assets so you can’t withdraw. In the fast paced world of crypto you can’t afford to take this long. Purely because I wanted to withdraw and then sell on a different exchange (because of their ridiculous fees), I’ve been put on hold and now lost hundreds. Awful company, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The worst

The worst, they take your E transfers and do not put in your wallet to trade. Many missed opportunities because they move extremely slow. Stay away . They like to play god with your money. Somebody needs to investigate these crooks.

Coinfield is quick to take your…

Coinfield is quick to take your deposit, but makes it incredibly difficult to withdraw.

Insanely high "minimum trade amounts" and poor liquidity across the board. Also, lock in periods for credit card deposits.

Finally, I've manged to get my funds out. So long shady exchange. Beware.

If I could give ZERO starts I would

If I could give ZERO starts I would. This company is a joke do not use them.
They will try to charge you £50 withdrawal fee on any sum of cash even if it is less that £200.
They do not allow you to withdraw if you have less that £1000 in their account and so your money gets stuck. DO NOT USE THEM!!

BIG SCAM They are not paying the promised signup reward

They had a campaing that they supposedly offer 20 SOLO coins when you join through your friend's referral link and deposit 100 Euros and over. I did this but never received any rewards. Support only delayed it and suggested to wait. I waited 30 days and still nothing arrived. Very unprofessional company. They also have crazy high fees. They literally charge 50 Euros to withdraw your own money from their platform! So you deposit your money to them, they never pay the promised signup bonus and they even charge HALF of your money to let you get it back!
They try to scam at any point that they can. Don't use this exchange even they were the last crypto platorm on the entire earth. They are really that much bad! STAY AWAY!

Edit: This review is 100% true. At the time of firstly writing this (about a year ago) their fiat withdrawal fee was exactly 50 Euros. They recently reduced it to 15 Euros. Their crypto withdrawal fees are absurdly higher than other platforms as well. Overall you cannot find this high fees anywhere else in the crypto world. So beginners should be aware how absurd is this site is. So this platform seems to be designed to make you deposit cheap and easy and discourage you to withdraw with enormous fees. These are not clearly explained before signup.

Hello S.B,

CoinField has been acquired in September, 2021. After that acquisition, SOLO (Sologenic) and CoinField became two different entities. Campaign you're referring to is outdated, it was actual around one year ago as limited time offer. Campaign has deadline data as well, so users had a chance to view that this is limited time offer only.
Currently, CoinField uses its own native token, CFC for different campaigns, referral bonuses, promotions etc. You are welcome to follow us on social media to stay tuned on different campaigns and promotions.

When it comes to the fees, CoinField has no such policy to charge 50EUR as withdrawal fee, this is not true. Depending on transaction method, CoinField, as any other exchange, may implement fee, but that is usually around 1-3%. Feel free to check our fees page: https://www.coinfield.com/support/transfer-fees

Please once again note that we have never promised you SIGN UP bonus. Before acting, we kindly ask you to fully review all the terms of any campaign.

CoinField is fully regulated and licensed exchange company operating since 2018 and providing services to more than 180 countries!

Sincerely,
CoinField Team

Worst exchange ever...

Completely broken website & service here.
Crazy high transfer fees when you want to
transfer or withdraw, (if it even works at all).
Purchase of BTC just disappeared?
Any good reviews are certainly fake..

I have been locked out of my account…

I have been locked out of my account for 3 days, cannot even access the website due to "error 1024",
which Coinfield support says some IP's block due to previous DDOS attacks. This info was apparently forwarded to the technical team yesterday with instructions to whitelist my IP address. Still no access. Coinfield chat box does not answer questions or acknowledge the beginning of a chat either. Take your investment money elsewhere if you want to ever see it again.

Stay far away from @CoinFieldEX

Stay far away from @CoinFieldEX. Completely absurd transaction fees, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've never had so much trouble withdrawing my money (over $50,000) from anywhere. All I get are website errors, delays and the runaround/lies from them. And now suddenly they're "having problems with their banking partner". Unbelievable. And this appears to be commonplace for them. Plenty of better options than these crooks.
