Good app but No response from customer…

Good app but No response from customer service or their chatbot. I have a problem where funds have gone to the wrong destination tag but the right wallet address and can’t seem to get any contact from any one at support even though I have emailed and have a ticket open

Update - customer services have been in touch and resolved my issue. I am very pleased with the outcome and the speed in which it was dealt with once they acknowledged the issue.

They won’t let me withdraw

I opened an account two days ago. I deposited eth in order to buy $GLM. I withdrew it to my ledger Nano S, but it never arrived. I looked in the block explorer and it was never submitted. It’s just been pending I’m their system for four days now. I contacted customer support three times already, but it’s just crickets. Extremely bad experience.

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience, but please also note that there is no issue with the GLM transactions. If you have fully verified account and managed to deposit, then withdrawal should also work. If destination wallet and memo tag (if required) are correct, withdrawal should be completed successfully.

We were not able to find any recent ticket/email under your name. All the tickets get response within 24 hours and we try to deal with them as fast as possible.

If you still experience difficulties, please provide us ticket number or respond to your ticket.

CoinField responds all the inquiries within 24 hours. By all we mean the tickets, emails or social media messages. Withdrawals are working as usual, nevertheless we had delay with some of the crypto withdrawals. Regardless of these temporary difficulties or delays, we do our best to communicate with our users on timely manner and respond all the tickets within a day, including the weekend and holidays.
As any other exchange, CoinField has limits on deposits/withdrawals and trading. This is not something new and information on fees, limits is publicly available on our website. Users can familiarise themselves with our limit and fees policy before initiating any action.

Worst exchange in the world

Worst exchange in the world.
These people dared to freeze my account with over 3.5 Bitcoin in it. They told me I was doing arbitrage and that my account was suspended because I violated their terms. When I asked them to give me my Bitcoin back their answer was that it wasn’t possible due to regulations. What kind BS is this? I swear I’m flying from Canada to Estonia and will walk into their office and make them give me my money

In case of any suspicious activity or violation of our terms, we may suspend user account. This can happen, but CoinField try to provide clear information to the users on timely manner and maintain active communication. Please also note that, regardless of the investigation or account suspension/blockage, we always provide an access to the user's funds. So balance can be accesses, withdrawn by the end of investigation.

SCAM!!!!!!!

SCAM!!!!!!!! AVOID at all costs. They took my 80,000 XRP and won’t give it back. It never showed up in my account after I deposited it. Customer service won’t reply. It’s been four weeks. They literally just stole my life savings.

CoinField has never took any of the users funds. There might be any particular issue with the withdrawal delay or account, but all the funds are safe and accessible by the account owner, regardless of the issue or difficulty.

very bad experience with them, no clear message in prohibited section of terms and conditions which are available to look at before withdrawing XRP. apparently arbitrage is prohibited on their platform.... no idea why... no other platforms prohibit this, its a normal commonly used way of trading and i've had my account suspended, the thing is where it gets bad is the fact that they've already told me what the issue was they've promised my funds back but they are with holding my money for an unlimited period of time giving me no indication of when their "investigation is complete" they've already told me its arbitrage but their excuse is they are still "investigating" which is apparently why they can't give my money back. my XRP is locked onto the account with no end in site i am being told this mysterious pointless investigation could take WEEKS i've looked at other reviews on here and them also seem to have taken weeks, my XRP is declining in price and they are refusing to let me withdraw funds. IF YOUR ACCOUNT GET LOCKED FOR AY REASON NO MATTER IF THEY FIND THE CAUSE OR NOT YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT LOCKED FOR WEEKS. i put all my investments into this and i now have nothing.

i'd also recommend everyone to be aware of fake reviews as its not difficult for a company to make them and boost themselves on trust pilot.... check their accounts and total reviews, if they haven't written many reviews or used the account much or have funny names they're likely to be fake

Just an update on the reply, yes they were 12 hour withdrawal delays but this is not what the trust pilot review was about! In their terms ans conditions before withdrawing it does not specify arbitrage at all whatsoever! It only says you can’t take advantage of a technical glitch, and then they said i was taking advantage of a technical glitch doing arbitrage. The whole trust pilot review was about them holding my xrp withdrawals for well over a week!! They only sorted it out when i kept hagling them on twitter and commenting on all their posts about unblocking my withdrawals for xrp and i had loads of other people agreeing with me with the same problem!! Take a look people are still having the same problems. Im not going to let them reply to my trust pilot review completely lying they talk a lot of bs and avoid the problems ams comment on little things like the 12 hour withdrawal which wasnt nearly as bad as holding all my money for over a week! I emailed them everyday i commented on all their posts on twitter everyday. It made them release my money quicker so if you have the same problem do the same!!

They will freeze your account for weeks without help

Do not use this all, sounds like i’ve had the same situation as some one else on here. They do not want you to profit from using any form of trading, as soon as i started making some profit they blocked my account and said i was apparently “taking advantage of a technical glitch” i cannot withdraw £560 worth of xrp which has now depleted to £530… i have emailed customer support and they just say they’ve prioritize me and are investigating because it’s arbitrage which is apparently banned on their platform, however before i withdraw i have looked at their terms and conditions read through them and specifically read over many times the “prohibited” part which does not mention anything about arbitrage, for those who don’t know arbitrage is buying crypto on one exchange platform and selling on another because they have different exchange rates, its not morally wrong its not illegal and its not taking money out of anyones pockets, its simply closing the gab in the market between two different exchanges. Apparently this is now prohibited and they’ve frozen my account while my xrp is slowly going down and they’ve told me this could take weeks, one of the other reviews had taken 3 weeks on here and there’s nothing to investigate, they told me its clearly arbitrage which they don’t allow so i dont know ehat the “investigation” is for. They just wont release my funds and anything could happen to my hard earned investments while its still in crypto and theres nothing i can do to withdraw it. The fact they tried to tell me i’m taking advantage of some kind of technical glitch sounds very illegal to me, hoe am i supposed to know there is a technical glitch? And it doesn't even make sense people put their crypto up for x about and people buy it at that amount. There’s no technical glitch very dodgy site no help from customer support other than “we have to wait till the investigation is complete which could take weeks”

This trading activity mentioned above was always in our terms and conditions and the most recent changes are just clarifying some of the terms, since it was not clear enough for all the users.

Under the chapter regarding USER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS, our User Agreement has previously included that:
"An erroneous order may include an order that is the result of or affected by: (i) a disruption or malfunction in the trading platform or other technology used to provide the Services or a cryptocurrency network; (ii) suspicious or improper trading activity"

The most recent change to the User Agreement clarifies what "suspicious or improper trading activity" means, by adding "including arbitrage".
In other words, arbitrage was already forbidden in CoinField as improper trading activity. In order to avoid misunderstanding arbitrage is now also clearly stated by serving as an example of improper trading activity.

Nevertheless, in CoinField Support Center, we have published (on 7 January 2021) an explanation regarding the fact that arbitrage trading is unjustifiable and not allowed, being therefore considered improper trading activity. Sadly, I am not able to define any user under the name James Oliver, therefore, can't check your specific case. But regardless of the results of investigation, users get full access to their account and balances and can withdraw/use the funds.

CoinField never block the funds or take it from any account.

Disappointing until now. Will update

Made a deposit using faster payments and I’m still waiting to get the money. My bank said everything was processed on their end but CoinField says they haven’t received a payment. Just provided them with a tracking reference from my bank. I’ll update soon

Initially no problems

Initially no problems, but a recent deposit using the Faster Payment service is yet to show in my account and this is 5 days after the deposit was made.
Have tried to contact support but have had no resolution as of yet.
You basically have my money and are sitting on it! This is basically theft! The Faster Payment method to other exchanges is pretty much in my account within hours and fully tradeable.
Please sort this!!!!

Update:
Still not sorted, it's now coming up to a week since the deposit was made.
They are incredibly slow at responding too!

Absolutely disappointing, but willing to improve, obviously

Everything works well, until you request a withdrawal of your funds to a bank-account. They are not able (or better say willing) to setup instant-withdrawal to a credit/debit card, which other exchanges offer, and withdrawal to a bank account is absolutely ridiculous. I am waiting now since 3 days, that my withdrawal get "approved" by these guys there.
Customer-service-email you can forget, as no answer (they say there, that they have lots of service-requests, what I can imagine, considering their behaviour).
Best is contact them through social-media (twitter), there they respond at least, but they are just stonewaling, tell you, they informed the people in charge already and they are working on it and lots of other blahblahblah, buy actually nothing happens.
If you have funds there, its highly recommended to move it to another exchange or hardware-wallet (at least withdraw cryptos does work still) as, how I see it right now, withdraw FIAT there is a nightmare/never ending story.
Oh, and btw. they complain about the negative ratings here, that those are not justified, but if so, why you guys don`t simple answer here? Must have a reason that you hide?
I am willing, to update my review here, in case, that there will be satisfying response from coinfield, so far, I cannot see anything happening (I also suggested to them, to cancel the withdrawal, what you cannot do by yourself!!!, so that I can move my funds to another provider, so far, nothing).
I also contacted my legal advisor already in this case, so that he can take action, if they are still continue to play their games here.

And forgot to mention: as a XRP-holder, one is entitled to the Fare/Songbird airdrop according to the snapshot-date, I got an email from them month ago, that I am on their list of clients who will be included on this, but due to the practice they show now, I am not so sure about this anymore, and it would be very surprising for me, to receive anything here.

Another day and things get worse. Still no any response (as expected) and another issue happened: I sent tokens to a hw-wallet and those tokens so far did not arrive at the destination. I did the same transfer to the same destination several times before in the same way, and the transaction was settled basically immediately, but the last one did not yet arrived since yesterday, and frankly speaking, I dont expect, that those will ever arrive.

Meanwhile: no response from support, no response on social media, nothing, these guys just don`t care about their customers.

Absolutely disappointing how these people operate.

Got respond from coinfield, where you "don`t see any email-inquiry unresponded"? It is unresponded since last week Tuesday, check the ticket: Ticket 938906 and release the payment to me and also process the transfer of the other tokens (you show,that its processed, but never arrived, so you guys have some serious issues there!).
I don`t want to see another blahblahblah respond from you guys, I want to see my problems fixed!

You got my personal data also through DM on social media guys, don`t play stupid. I also responded to the email, you finally, after almost 1 week!!!! sent. I just ask you, to do what you claim to be your "service" not more, not less. Just process the withdrawal and also check, where the remaining tokens are, which I sent to another wallet (actually one, where I sent before, until last week, the transfer was processed within minutes, this time from Friday until now, the transfer did NOT ARRIVE at the other wallet-address, even it shows you guys processed it, I guess, I those got lost in your network-nirvana?

Don`t take me wrong, I write those reviews, which are obviously not in your favour, so that you understand your flaws and that you should do better and take care your existing clients. It`s nice FOR YOU and your shareholders, that you got obviously bought by another company (i.e. you guys got quite a nice amount of money flowing in) and that you have "changes in your whole organisation-structure" but you should not forget your customers, as those are the ones, that made it possible that some big-heads in the industry got interested in you guys, but it seems, that you don`t care too much about that, don`t you? I don`t want to get an email from your guys, where you say that you "will handle the transaction asap" I want to have it done.

Update:

Finally Coinfield could resolve the issue, thanks here to Adil for his personal effort, his support is the reason, why I updated to 3 stars from 1. But anyway, still some critics: the reason, for the delay of the payment-processing was, acc. to the info I got, that the ONE people in charge was on sickleave. Guys, considering you have more than a handfull clients, you should think about increase your headcount.

CoinField Support respond all the tickets/emails within 24 hour, and currently as head of support team, I can't see anything left unattended for more than 24 hours. Although we check the cases and respond our customers within a day, our team is not able to handle everything independently, and some of the cases requires involvement from different departments, such as Treasury/Finance, Compliance/AML, Marketing or Tech.

Depending on exact method, volume and currency transactions can require up to 2 working days to proceed. Sadly, I am not able to see your email or any other personal data to check what was your case and why there was a delay, but I am sure if you have open ticket with support, they have checked that and will come back to you as soon as there is an update.

Regarding Songbird, we are going to distribute the tokens to all the eligible users during the upcoming weeks. Once Spark token is launched and live, we will also await to receive and distribute them to the eligible users as soon as possible. Currently Spark token is not yet live, and we are working on Songbird distribution.

And sorry if you or any other user was not able to get response here, CoinField had no account in Trustpilot until today, so we were not able to track and respond the reviews.

Everything worked great.

It is very convenient and understandable even for beginners, there are many auxiliary tools for technical analysis. New coins are constantly being listed. And I consider it the most secure and stable exchange from hacker attacks.
