Withdraw impossible

I am waiting more than 15 days to withdraw my tokens. They are enqueued for "technical issues". I've never seen taking withdrawing so long. Very bad experience.

Not Processing Withdrawals

Same issue as everyone else: CoinField is not processing crypto withdrawals. I initiated a withdrawal on March 3rd, and it's been stuck at "ENQUEUED" for 7 days. The transaction ID is 107010. I contacted customer support, who assured me the transaction would be processed "soon" (whatever that means). That was 3 days ago. Potential customers beware: if you ever see you crypto at all, it will be with extreme delays. I am getting strong Mt. Gox vibes from this whole experience. It really seems like CoinField is selling crypto which they don't actually have. I can’t think of another excuse for this behavior. All this trouble after being charged approximately $200 in withdrawal fees (0.075 ETH). This exchange used to be great when it was Canadian-owned. This is my first time using it since the sale to Estonia, and the experience has been horrible. Zero trust in their platform going forward. I’m not a big fan of CRO, but at least they process their transactions within 24 hours. I will make sure to update my review if/when I receive my crypto, but I’m not holding my breath. There is a high chance I just got robbed by these people.

** Update: March 24

It has now been 21 calendar days (15 business days) and the withdrawal is still "enqueued". I still don't have my crypto. Do not use this exchange.

** Update: March 30

I finally got my money today, minus the 0.075 ETH ($256.57 at today's price) for CoinField's service fee. It took CoinField 27 days to delivery my ETH... in a system with 13 second transaction times. You decide if that sounds acceptable to you. I could have mailed somebody a letter with seed words, and that person would have received their crypto faster. I'm honestly amazed I received anything at all.

I am pradip hira... i Made DGB coin withdrwal at 6th merch 12.00 am asia/kolkata...i reached customer service and they said it will processed soon...every exchange did there withdrwal instantly...but in my case With thiS exchnage its showing ENQUEUED ... I am faded up... i need my dgb coins withdrwal fast ...i have to sell it and then i will sent some money to my mom.. beacuse i earn that money by myself... and if my mom get some , of my hard earnd money she will be Very happy

One way money funnel.

Same problem as everyone else. Tried to transfer XRP to a hardware wallet.
Sent and confirmed withdrawal on Feb 24.
11 days later, they said this:
“ Your most recent XRP withdrawal failed on 7th of March due to the XRP network error, we have rolled back the funds now.”

There’s nothing wrong with the XRP network, and my brother has the same issue of not being able to move funds out of CoinField. Several withdrawals have been initiated and confirmed, NONE HAVE SUCCEEDED. if they’re having internal network issues or liquidity issues, they should be transparent and tell people when they write a ticket and say how long it will take to resolve. They just keep your money and blame it on technical issues.

Coinfield processed my withdrawal after 90 days and -60% worth.

Tired of waiting for withdrawals. I am a long user of coinfield. They were an ok exchange once with fast withdrawals until suddenly from immediate withdrawals they went to over a week to withdraw.
I stopped using them since and unfortunately I decided to use them again in the past few days and from what I understand, no one is receiving their funds at the moment. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I deposited so much money into my account. I hope I won’t lose it.
Support says technical team is on it but of course like others, the funds are still stuck.
I really wonder if they even have the funds in their exchange.

I will happily change this review if I receive my funds.

16 days and no withdrawal. Multiple emails sent, some got replies saying technical issues. Still seems like the money is stolen. I will happily change my review if I will receive my funds!

All withdrawals rejected. When trying to withdraw again, it says unauthorized!! They are stealing my funds.

They told me my account has been flagged due to arbitrage trading. Suddenly after 20 days to say my account is banned and I can’t withdraw?

3 months without my funds. I was promised my withdrawal would be processed by the end of last week. Now it is Sunday and they stopped replying to me.

Final update :
Received my funds after practically begging and warning them of lawsuit.
I had lost around 18,000$ in worth because of the market change in 90 days.
That would definitely not have happened if I would’ve got my withdrawal processed earlier as I would have trades into USD or gold.

Very disappointed with CoinField

Very disappointed with CoinField. I received 10.00 cad in solo from an airdrop. I was unable to withdraw it, because the amount was too small, I was unable to transfer it to XRP (even though they have that pair), and my only options were to leave it, or trade it twice to get to XRP (losing virtually all of its value in the process). I tried to withdraw funds to buy the dip on another exchange, and couldn’t get the funds out. The fees were astronomical (15 XRP for one withdrawal, and 30 USDT for another). That was 2 days ago, and the transactions are still pending. I tried to contact their support, but that was unhelpful asking for a load of identifying information which was difficult to find (and considering we are contacting them from inside our account, should be unnecessary). CoinField have proven that they can’t be trusted with my money, and I am in the process of withdrawing all my funds from them.

Please note that having vesting period is quite normal practice for many IEO's (Presale's) and same applies for CFC. No one is banned for purchasing CFC in a market with the current market rates. We do also have thousands of users who have already purchased CFC in trading, and they can move these tokens freely.
Lockup period only applies for the tokens purchased during the presale and for the price below $1.11.
If user is banned for trading, it means that he or she has violated trading conditions (arbitrage trading) or has any kind of suspicious activity that is against CoinField's T&C. That cases requires manual investigation, and once investigation is finished, users get notifications accordingly.

When it comes to your trades, please check your trading history, all the trades you've initiated rates they've been executed etc. CoinField is an exchange platform for trading crypto, we are not the one who define price per crypto or rates. It's defined by demand, market value and orders placed by other users in order book. That is the logic of most of the crypto exchange platforms, and there is nothing unusual or weird about it. We have also provided clear explanation to that in email (support) communication with you.

Why does it take so long for a crypto…

Why does it take so long for a crypto withdrawal to be processed on your exchange? This is not acceptable, you can accept a crypto deposit withing minutes but when somebody wants to withdrawal it can take hours upon hours or even days to be processed. It is ridiculous and it is costing me money on top of the ridiculous fee you are charging for me to withdrawal my XRP. Please fix this

WITHDRAWAL DELAY FOREVER

Ive been using this flatform to trade crypto since 2019, and it alway disapoint me when it comes to withdrawal im losing alot of money because of this delay that takes 1 to 5 days,. I have withdrawal transaction at jan 22, 2022 but still pending until now jan24 , and i already lost about a hundred dollars because of it,they dont even respond in ticket or message in telegram group,and this time im goin to file a complain

ONGOING MULTI YEAR PROBLEM UPDATE

I am a multi year verified client of Coinfield and have experienced delays on every transaction. I deposit via e-transfer from the same bank accounts for every deposit and my account has their top certification and is white listed. These delays in processing deposits have cost me money on most transactions. I do not trade. I buy using bank funds and withdraw the cryptos from the exchange to my hardware wallet only. There should NEVER be a delay of depositing my funds and then be available to buy coins given my rating with Coinfield but there always is.

My problem now is yesterday I sent funds to deposit and as usual a several hour delay to deposit to my account. I finally was able to purchase XRP and then put in a withdrawal to transfer those cryptos to my hardware wallet address. Usually this happens in an acceptable time frame but today it sat in AUTHORIZING status for 3 hours and then switched to ENQUEUED for at this point over 7 hours. Obviously these are intentional delay tactics as there is no question as to the validity of my deposit funds or transaction fulfillment. It makes me think this exchange does not hold the coins they need to fulfill withdrawals which is against the laws they are governed by.

I sent several chat messages and opened a ticket with no response to any of them. I am currently at a loss of over $200 as they don't offer the crypto I want to swap these XRP coins for having risen in price during this delay and of course I'm also paying multiple fees to Coinfield and the swap exchange to do so. I notified them through the supposed 'Live Chat' that I would enter a complaint to the RCMP, The British Columbia Minister of Financial Institutions and the Federal Canadian Ministry of Finance. Still no response so I am going ahead with contacting those agencies and have them investigated and hopefully shut down. I encourage all others on this site to do so as well. No exchange should be allowed to exist that claims to follow standards and flaunts them and participates in questionable and possibly criminal activities. My name is Edward Randall Benoit and you will not be able to claim you couldn't find an account in my name or that I'm practicing arbitrage so don't try. To do so will be to your detriment with those agencies I mentioned above.

One more example of Coinfield's shady practices is there is an assumed understanding that this is a Canadian company as there are no clear statements to the contrary in the body of their polished home page presentation. It is an Estonian based company and should boldly and clearly state so at the very start of the home page and registration links. I never would have opened my account if I had known this. I will also commence legal action to obtain my cryptos if this transfer is not completed by 3:10 PM on January 14, 2022 which is exactly 24 hours from when I confirmed the withdrawal transaction in which they state ' your transaction will be processed IMMEDIATELY once confirmed by you and an email sent.' Stating this at the point of verification of the transaction is the legal commitment Coinfield is obligated to adhere to and not a general statement in their terms of service that they have from 1 to 15 days to process. Also if there was any question they had with any part of my transaction, they are also legally obligated to notify me immediately.

To the Coinfield officials reading this, you have been officially notified of my intent in this matter and therefore govern yourselves accordingly.

UPDATE

I'm new to this site and finally figured out how to post this update.

This has not been resolved and it is not true as stated in the response from Coinfield below that there was no record of my messages. It is now over 35 hours since the transaction should have been processed and I was promised by the Manager of Support and Customer Service that it would be resolved quickly over 15 hours ago. There has been no messages or updates to me since then even though I sent them messages on the ticket. It was acknowledged by them that there is no problem on my part with the request. It should be 5 minutes to process this or cancel it and reprocess so it's obvious that stating it would be fixed quickly was lip service. As I stated previously, let my review be a warning to anyone currently using or thinking of using them for crypto transactions. As of this point, I have lost about $250 US due to their delay as well as the future profit those coins would have provided. Through their lack of response and not fulfilling their promises, they are forcing me to proceed with the actions outlined in the original review above.

CoinField has been recently acquired. It has been originally established in Canada and currently we do have office there in Vancouver. Current HQ of CoinField is located in Tallinn, Estonia. We have always been fully transparent with all the users and community, this information is publicly available and not hidden. At the very beginning CoinField had only Canadian entity, while some time after establishing company, there has been another entity opened in Tallinn, Estonia (2020).
CoinField is fully regulated exchange company with all the required licenses to serve the customers within more than 180 countries all over the word.

When it comes to your question related to recent XRP withdrawal submitted yesterday, it should be processed soon. We will update you on a ticket accordingly. Please note that there might be several reasons for the delay and some transactions can take several hours or days.
