Easy to setup, great comms/service and easy to setup a regular bitcoin purchase

I have used CoinCorner since 2017 and my recent experience with them confirmed why they continue to be my first choice for larger bitcoin buys/sells. On this occasion, I needed to go through the source of funds process with them. While ensuring they collected valid and clear documentation, they were pragmatic and helpful in the process. However, although I know I could likely find a keener price quote on another exchange, the principal reason I choose to use CoinCorner is because the team is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Collectively, that makes one feel very secure trading with them. Their security is great too, with verification phone call before they transfer larger amounts of bitcoin from their custody. Given all of the above, I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a great place for your bitcoin trades, particularly if you value the human touch, as I do. My thanks to all of the CoinCorner team for the service over the years.

I tried CoinCorner to buy BTC since other exchanges weren't available for UK residents, and the process was straightforward with quick bank transfers. However, I found the transaction fees a bit high, especially compared to free wallets. The customer service is quite good, quickly helping with account security issues, but their product range is limited, and unexpected costs like paying postage for a free gift were off-putting. Overall, CoinCorner provides a professional service, but there are areas that could be improved.

Monthly fee for not logging into your account is ridiculous and blatant theft

I recently established an account with CoinCorner on the recommendation of a friend. After a long winded battle attempting to establish a working relationship with local banks regarding my crypto portfolio, to which were unsuccessful. CoinCorner took all the information I had to offer and conducted their onboarding procedures and validated my documentation. Upon meeting with the team in person they also helped me establish a relationship with a highly reputable bank once all the diligence was confirmed. Their customer focused approach is of the highest standard I have seen to date, quick, precise and thorough. When it comes down to taking profits Ill only use CoinCorner to facilitate this. I look forward to doing business with them as time goes on and highly recommend their services/products to which there are many.

I needed to buy some BTC but none of the exchanges I had accounts with would allow that for UK residents, and Coinbase is useless anyway. Thought I'd give CoinCorner a try, and the process was very easy as they accept bank transfers. Money was credited immediately. To transfer my BTC out, I opted for the medium speed option of one week, and it took 6 days. Fees are only an issue if you transfer very small amounts at a time, I don't think 0.00015 BTC (0.00025 for quick transfers) is at all expensive especially when you are transferring thousands of £ worth at a time, as I will be.
A professional service I will be using them in the future.

Had my email account compromised and the hacker somehow changed the password on my CoinCorner account. Thankfully had 2FA enabled so hacker couldn't get into my account. I contacted customer support to freeze the account so I can change the email address over. Contacted them today to get it changed over and was done in a matter of minutes. Great customer service and have always found this to be the case.

Opened an account with them but decided not to use them as they didn't offer the coin I was looking for. No problem there.
I then got a unannounced "free gift" from them of a pair of awful cheap socks. However, they didn't pay the postage so I had to pay £5 to find out what someone had sent me.
Would be 1 star but they did at least offer me a credit against my account. Not taking them up on the offer as if you can't manage socks correctly then I'm not trusting you with crypto.

A company not used to dealing with sizeable sums. Incessant requests for increasingly intrusive details and confusing requests that frequently directly contradict previous messages.
Should be clear that it handles only small accounts and compliance department needs to move into the current century. Although commission seemed small, the spreads are massive. Possibly useful for small amounts

Isle of Man company CoinCorner provides the absolute best customer service you could wish to use.
If you are looking to buy or sell bitcoin their platform and app are excellent. Very slick process with a simple user interface.
But the best quality is the customer service which is quite simply outstanding.
The fees are on the upside but the service warrants this for the peace of mind CoinCorner delivers.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I'd purchased some crypto with another provider, with the intent of transferring it relatively soon. Said provider was incredibly stressful to deal with and I became worried that I would lose my funds.

Thankfully I was able to transfer my funds to CoinCorner and what a difference it is. Quick, live customer support chat that doesn't redirect you to another page. The representative I spoke to was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions in great detail.
I was able to transfer my funds out quickly, easily and with peace of mind. My only small complaint is the instant processing fee is quite high, but for the customer experience I've received within 24 hours of signing up I'm happy to pay it.

The best customer service I've received in a long time from ANYWHERE.

If you are reading this coin corner...please never change that. The worst thing is when a company cuts corners and customer service suffers.

And to the low review left regarding fees...that's totally unfair on coin corner. You should know fees fluctuate and are based on traffic at the time....its not something they control!

I had the fastest service I've ever had using these guys , as I said in the thank you email I've had McDonald's delivered slower than that. All around good work !

Highly recommend coincorner. Service was very good, but do understand that the fees and spread for dealing in BTC are fairly high and that you will need to go through with all the required KYC procedures. Everything was dealt with efficiently and, for me, most important of all, coincorner was an organisation I could trust.

Was once reliable although commission questionable. Now I wouldn't bother, convoluted, happily take transfers but make it complicated to withdraw your own funds. Constant error messages when trying to purchase any crypto. Don't bother

£13.32 fee to send £18 worth of bitcoin!!
On to a winner there aren't you CoinCorner laughing all the way to the bank eh, daylight robbery!! Won't be using your services again I'm closing my account down immediately!
