Policy Breach – Investor Warning.

After receiving complimentary market analysis for several months, my client advisor introduced what was described as an exclusive private syndicate trade opportunity. Participation required a minimum investment of $15,000, and based on the trust that had been built over time, I decided to proceed.

For approximately six weeks, I received detailed PDF reports indicating that my investment was performing exceptionally well. The documents showed consistent growth and reinforced my confidence in the opportunity. Then, without warning, all communication stopped.

Seeking answers, I contacted a colleague who had originally mentioned the advisor. To my surprise, she admitted that she had only met him once and had never personally invested with him. The realization was devastating.

Rather than spending months chasing unresponsive individuals, I began researching firms that specialized in digital asset recovery. That's when I came across LockeRidge Intl. Unlike many services that promised guaranteed results, their team was transparent from the beginning. During the initial consultation, they clearly explained the risks, limitations, and realistic recovery prospects.

After reviewing my transaction records, wallet addresses, and transaction hashes, their investigators traced the movement of funds through multiple cryptocurrency mixers and eventually to a centralized exchange operating under international compliance standards. They did not make unrealistic promises or claim special powers. Instead, they compiled forensic evidence, prepared a legal notice, and filed a civil claim on my behalf.

Several weeks later, the exchange froze the remaining assets connected to the transactions. As a result, I was able to recover approximately 70% of my lost funds.

Scam company

Purchased some bitcoin, no problem letting me deposit, what a surprise.

But when I want to send to my ledger address account suspended. I Made contact four days ago and although I had a response very quickly saying they will hone I am yet to have any more contact

I have emailed and called myself but nothing. And no phone support.

Soon as I get my btc moved (if I do) then I will delete the app and never use again.

I thought CoinCorner was a company at first.

* They made it easy to sign up for CoinCorner.

* The CoinCorner website was simple to use.

* My small purchases with CoinCorner worked fine.

Then I put a lot of money into CoinCorner twenty-three thousand six hundred pounds.

That was when the problems with CoinCorner started.

The bank that CoinCorner works with froze my money in CoinCorner.

Two weeks passed and I did not get my money back from CoinCorner.

I tried to contact CoinCorners customer service they just sent me automated messages from CoinCorner.

They stopped talking to me about my money in CoinCorner.

This made me very upset about CoinCorner.

I wrote a review on Trustpilot about CoinCorner. Then CoinCorner closed my account with CoinCorner.

My twenty-three thousand six hundred pounds, which my family was saving for emergencies just disappeared from CoinCorner.

I could not sleep, thinking I would never see that money from CoinCorner again.

One night I was reading Trustpilot reviews saw a mention of P★maAdvisory.

I had nothing to lose so I contacted P★maAdvisory.

In one day P★maAdvisory found out what happened to my twenty-three thousand six hundred pounds in CoinCorner. Helped the bank return it to me.

I got all my money back from CoinCorner.

I was so relieved that I cried about getting my money from CoinCorner.

My experience with CoinCorner was terrible.

CoinCorner might seem okay if you are just using CoinCorner for transactions.

If something goes wrong with CoinCorner they will not help you with CoinCorner.

I would never use CoinCorner again for anything.

The only good thing that happened was finding P★maAdvisory.

If you are having trouble with your money, in CoinCorner. Feel like no one is helping you.

The overall experience feels less polished than expected, with an interface that can be confusing and outdated in certain areas. Transactions and verification processes may also take longer than anticipated, which can be frustrating during active use. Some features lack clear explanations, making it harder for newer users to navigate the platform confidently. In addition, customer support responses can be slow, leaving issues unresolved for longer than they should be.

Great support system here, very fast and understanding unlike the other big centralized exchanges. Transactions are also surprisingly fast, my bank deposit took a couple minutes, and once my phone number issue was fixed my bitcoin withdrawal also took under 5 minutes. For UK people struggling to buy Bitcoin, this is very much recommended!

Crypto newbie - Ross and the team at CoinCorner couldn't have been more supportive. Answered my questions and held my hand when the wheels fell off!

Would give them 6 stars if I could.

No problems receiving payments to bank so far.

Bad points
Web site not intuitive to use. Transfering & Exchanging Bitcoin to £ is Intuitive. Figuring out how to get £ into bank account was not easy.

They don't take 1% as claimed because they dont use the real exchange rates of Bitcoin, they use a much lower price which means they take 2.2% which is far too high. Based on actual use.

So after making a deposit over 2 weeks ago coincorners banking partner has decided to sit on the funds and not put it in my account or issue a refund. Customer services seemed to have washed their hands of this and not really what happens to clients money. If they did then it would have been sorted by now.If you read this then I suggest you use a different payment platform because they are rubbish and provide zero support for you as a client. Pick another like coinbase or Ramp, at least they get things sorted quickly and don’t ignore you.
In writing this review they have chosen to close my account.
DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!

Had a couple of queries re using the platform when I first got my account set up, had a reply within the day every time and my questions were soon answered. The platform is nicely laid out and not complicated and has everything you need to load funds/buy & sell/withdraw funds/withdraw BTC onchain or via lightning. Great to have a UK based bitcoin company.

Always a superb experience with CoinCorner customer service. Super efficient company run by real people. Such a welcome change!

Been with CoinCorner for well over a year now. All I can say is that, in a world I wasn't familiar with - BTC - their customer service is second to none! My investment feels secure with them, and yes I KNOW! FSA, before you tell me 100 times it could all vanish tomorrow. I KNOW the risks. I heard of CoinCorner from someone on YouTube and decided to go with them. I am very happy I did.

This company is a disaster. It took their banking partner Barclays days to process my bank transfer.
CoinCorner support is none existent no reply to emails or the online bot. It takes two days at least to email queries answered or worse in some case.
After finally managing to process my deposit they withdrew the Send facility so I cannot remove or send on funds.
Keep well away from them they are a disaster.

Initially had problems with account creation but Ross on customer service sorted it out, thanks to Ross.

CoinCorner is not only a great platform, but their customer support is the best in the Crypto space - shoutout to Ross who always deals with my issues quickly and effectively!

Wow ! Lucky to have made the descision to open an account here ! Full service from multiple transfer over exchange to real money (bank) functions !
Just one hint : The SAT-function is a little hidden, it is in the settings page. Maybe better to put this among the other transfer stuff ?

Great company, on hand service and swift replies when I need it. Troy has been excellent replying to anything I need at any time of day, rose has been a great help too.

They just sit on your money for _days_ and won't tell you why.
They say they don't have enough staff to carry out their due diligence checks... but in the mean time of course they're earning interest on your money.
No reason. No communication. They say fast payments from their 'e-money' account to your bank account happen same-day... but it regularly takes 3, 4 or 5 days. Absolutely outrageous.

It's just the fact nothing is a problem with the Coincorner team everything is sorted super fast that's one reason i love them and the fees are superb that is reason two but most of all the app is easy to use and the team are so nice and friendly keep up the good work team Coincorner
