I absolutely love these wooden curtain beads! The quality is excellent — the wood is smooth, well-polished, and feels sturdy. The beads are evenly spaced and beautifully finished, giving my space a warm, natural look. They were easy to hang and instantly added character to my doorway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and durable decorative piece!

I ordered this foldable mountain bike with dual suspension and mechanical disc breaks. Assembly was straight forward with clear instructions. Excellent quality product and sturdy construction. On the road, I felt safe and although initially slightly uncomfortable, my derrière soon got used to the bike. Admittedly, most probably due to not being on a bike for more than 20 years. This bike is amazing and worth every single penny. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Order was placed on the 8th of February UK-26063.
It was promptly dispatched 30 minutes later with tracking number issued. Expected delivery date was the 11th. Communicated with EVRI and they were very helpful and responsive. Long story short, they lost the package. I then contacted CNCEST. The nightmare starts. I received no response for days and multiple emails sent. Eventually, got a message back, in German, saying that they are on holiday for the Chinese New Year and that they will respond before the 24th of February. That did not happen. I chased. Was promised it will be actioned. Heard nothing further. Sent another mail asking whether it was sent. Received a short answer that it was and I can get the tracking number the next day. This does not get sent by them, it must be requested. Three emails later, no tracking number and no further communications. I will never in my life buy from them again!!!!!!!!!

This review is based solely on customer service following an issue with an order. Chloe, was quick to respond following their half term break and handled both the query and follow up actions swiftly and professionally leading to a positive outcome. If future needs arises I'll be sure to consider cncest.

I purchased a bike for my grandson in November. EVRI claim it was delivered even though it was left in the communal area of a block of flats, near the entrance.
I was sent a picture of a parcel no where near our door. Our front door is behind a fire door.

I reported this to EVRI and CNCEST.
I am still waiting for my refund. Now they’ve stopped responding to my emails.
I have never dealt with a company like this. I hope I never have to again.

I purchased an EMS Stair Chair on 23 November 2025 for £105.99.

On 12 December 2025 (within 30 days of purchase) I contacted CNCEST to request a return because the item was not as described. After multiple attempts to communicate, a return label was finally issued.

The item was collected from my home by XDP courier on 2 January 2026. Tracking confirms the parcel was received by the courier depot on 7 January 2026. From that moment the parcel was no longer in my possession.

Despite returning the item, I have not received the agreed refund of £89.99. CNCEST has either ignored my messages or failed to resolve the issue.

It is also worth noting that this appears to be a Chinese-based company operating under a UK-facing website, which was not clearly transparent at the time of purchase.

I escalated the matter to PayPal, but due to strict timing rules the dispute was closed without proper consideration of the fact that I requested the return within 30 days.

I paid, I returned the item, and I still have no refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious when ordering from this company.

I purchased two external lights none of which arrived.
Having contacted the company I was asked to contact the parcel company myself when I complained I was sent a loss of item form which I filled in.
I still have not received items purchased although they havebeen paid for 2 months later despite sending 5 additional emails which have not been responded to.
Shameful!

Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about their customers. I purchased a bike (Order Reference: #UK‑24244) which arrived faulty. I attempted multiple times to work with the company to resolve the issue, but nothing was successful, so I decided to return the item.

The seller arranged a pickup from my address, but the courier failed to deliver the bike back to the company. Instead of helping, the company used every possible delay tactic and responded extremely slowly. As a result, PayPal closed the case in the company’s favour seller after 2 months of seller not providing details, claiming that I failed to return the bike.

According to PayPal, the seller told them that the item was never returned, despite the tracking clearly showing that the bike is sitting in a warehouse and has not yet been examined by the seller because it has not been processed on their end.

Reliable, product as described, very satisfied with my purchase

I am not usually someone who leaves reviews either positive or negative, but in this case I feel obliged to do so in the hope that it prevents others from having the same experience.

I recently purchased a new bike for my four year old son. When it arrived, it was scratched and damaged to the point of being unusable. The paintwork was chipped and peeling from the frame, the rear brake did not function, and the bike was extremely difficult to assemble. Overall, the quality was very poor and, most importantly, the bike was unsafe for use.

I contacted customer services to request a refund and return the bike. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to engage constructively. Initially, I was offered a £10 refund, which I declined given the condition and safety issues. I was then told I would need to assemble the bike and provide video evidence of the faults before a refund could be considered, despite this not being stated anywhere in their refund policy.

After more than 10 email exchanges with no resolution and no willingness to take responsibility, I decided to pursue a different route. I have now contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback under the Consumer Rights Act, and they are processing this after reviewing the evidence provided.

This review is not about the money, it is about holding companies accountable when they attempt to take advantage of customers. There are many businesses that treat their customers fairly and with respect; unfortunately, this is not one of them.

If you are experiencing similar issues with CNCEST, I would strongly recommend contacting your bank, as they may be able to help. And to anyone considering spending their hard-earned money here, please think twice.
