Fast delivery of the item, and good communication with the company. Sadly, there was a problem with the item, but Cnest were excellent in dealing with this, and have promptly agreed to send us a replacement item.

Be very careful when buying. They never dispatched my order yet claimed to and also for over a month I had to argue with them to refund my money.

I bought this chair in order to help move my very sick brother around. Sadly he died before we even got it out of the box. Anna in customer services has been very helpful and is going to sent me a returns label and a refund..

I had a slight problem with an item and they were willing to change it without question. They offered an excellent price on the item too so it really was worth using this company. The item arrived quickly too

I purchased a portable dishwasher. It arrived on time but it was broken in 3 places. The electric plug was missing a prong. The tube for the water to exit the machine had a big hole in it. The back of the machine was dented.
I reclaimed the same day with fotos of the damaged and unsuable new machine. I was told to wait for two weeks, due to the Chinese New Year. I was then asked to transfer 70 euros to pay for the postage to send me a replacement. I should keep the broken machine as decoration for my kitchen.
I then had to return the broken machine, paying almost 60 euros, to recieve a full refund. I had to invest 60 euros to send back the junk they sent me.

So just avoid this company at all costs. You write emails to a robot and end up paying on top to return their junk!!

Exceptional customer services

Product quality was good

Received my product with no damages. Product fit great under my sink in my shed. Easy to install. I accidentally order 2 of the tankless water heaters. Contacted customer service and they responded fast. After explaining what happened, they were great to resolve it.

If I could give 0 I would. Never contact that if you want to return, use credit card or PayPal and get a refund and recycle their terrible items. Hope they dissolve their company
