WATCH OUT

Ordered a jewelry box from CNCEST: It arrived relatively quickly, but that's about the only positive here. The box was not like the picture online, it had details they had obscured or buried deep in the descriptions. When I tried to return it they attempted to charge me for the return and an additional restock, despite their website plastered with "60 day free returns" all over it. I personally believe all positive reviews are falsified, anyone who has dealt with "Clara" will know that's true. I escalated with Paypal and waiting to see the result. BE CAREFUL.

Had an issue with the product I purchased being Folding Bike 26" Full Suspension Mountain Bikes Disc Brakes Carbon Steel Bicycle Adult Bike 21 Speed. Customer services resolved this and responded very quickly

As the title says, this tricycle is impossible to put together as the instructions are either in german or french (no english) and the video they sent me doesn't explain anything.
I contacted customer services back in October, we talked for a week but I have heard nothing since! When I told them I can't put it together, they said it wasn't their fault, it was mine (I build bikes all the time, I've done about 38 with 15 of them being tricycles, so it definitely wasn't me that is the problem). DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I recently purchased an item from Cncest.com which arrived promptly. When it arrived I discovered I had inadvertently ordered the the wrong item.
Upon contact with Cncest they were kind enough to allow me to return the item with a prepaid return label.

I purchased the netting for my chicken's run, not realizing it would not work the way I hoped. I reached out to the company letting them know the netting was not going to be strong enough. Would I be able to return the product? They were very prompt with a response. I would use Cncest again for future purchases. Thank you again.

Its very third class company and sending faulty product i bought Agriculture cultivator i paid full amt £105.99 and i got faulty and not working when i assembled since 1 week i am sending email to company and not responding also they dont have local helpline in Uk so very pathetic and bogus service provided by company still i am waiting for refund

Purchased the four horsepower 4-stroke motor. Checked out really good I did all the lubricants and I'll be putting it in the water shortly. So far I'm very happy with my experience and look forward to getting out on the water.
