I received my goods but returned immediately as they weren't needed any more I have now been waiting 12 days for a refund and kee getting the same email from.anna stating it will be processed that day and still NO REFUND

The product I received was exactly as described and shipping was fast. The product was Great Quality.

I recently purchased equipment from Kitneed that unfortunately, arrived with a minor defect (DOA). As an experienced handyman, I know how difficult returns for heavy gas-powered equipment can be, but this experience was great.

I worked with Molly from the support team, and she was fantastic. I was on a very tight project deadline and eventually had to source a replacement locally. Molly was professional, understanding, and responsive throughout the entire process.

What I appreciated most was that she didn't try to "upsell" me or push me to keep a unit I couldn't use. She made the return process smooth and stood by their refund policy without any hassle.

It is rare to find an online company that handles a return this professionally. Because of the excellent service I received from Molly, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Kitneed again for my future projects. Highly recommended for their customer-first approach!

This gas hob is a serious safety hazard and should not be sold in the EU.

The product listing clearly advertises "flame failure protection" – a system that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame fails to ignite or is accidentally extinguished. This feature does NOT exist on the product delivered. All 5 burners completely lack thermocouple safety devices, which are mandatory under European standard EN 30-1-1 and EU Gas Appliances Regulation 2016/426/EU.

This means that if the flame fails to ignite, gas continues to flow freely with no automatic shut-off – posing a real risk of explosion or gas poisoning.

I purchased this product in February 2026 (Order IT-91030). The hob was installed but never used once the defect was discovered. I contacted the seller requesting a full refund and return at their expense. No response was received.

I will report the non-compliance of this product to the EU Consumer Safety Gateway (Safety Gate) and to the Italian Ministry of Enterprises (MIMIT) as a non-compliant and dangerous product.

Buyer beware: this product does not meet mandatory EU safety requirements. Do not purchase it.

The seller re-shipped me my item to a new address even though I the original address was undeliverablet.

I ordered a bike seat from cncest which was sent quickly.
Unfortunately the courier lost the box. I had to contact for help and was assisted quickly. After confirmation of the issue a replacement was sent, received and is now in use. Great customer service overall.

I recently bought a catering sink for my garage. What began with one issue developed into two - one outside CNCEST's responsibility. My emails were dealt with by Anna who was courteous, prompt and helpful throughout and quickly dealt with both issues to my complete satisfaction.
