I’m really pleased with both the application and the deal I received. I was looking for a solid call center phone system that handled everyday tasks well, and the website suggested one that met all my needs. Talking to the customer service team also made it easier to find exactly what I wanted.

AVOID - we made a change to this tool today. No warning about when port would happen, phones cut off suddenly. The group call flow we built with onboarding has a 'technical failure' that they need to investigate - no ETA, no rush to get us back online. Im losing quite a bit of money because of this and they dont seem to care to be honest. We used their AI and even Claude to deep dive to investiagte, everything is set up correctly and to their documentation.
Unless they can figure out a solution, I will be figuring out how to get out of this nightmare - but you've been warned. My inbound sales pipeline has now been offline for over 4 hours, no update from support.

I'd been searching for the best software for calls, and this is by far one of the most advanced Software I used.
It comes with an amazing dashboard where you can track your calls, numbers you've called, your recording, people your team also called.
It's an amazing experience actually, and I think to use it always for my team.

i think this is the best solution on the market currently. i love the user experience and they have multiple possibilites for a lot of countries. The support team is answering pretty fast. However, the sales the was not interested in my requests as I am a small customer... i can understand it. I am using it for central phone system with few users.

We were switching from WebEx and had a mostly smooth onboarding. Some delays due to number porting and special requests where friendly resolved using the account manager by email as well as the online chat.
Regarding the features it's the best you can get at the moment.
When migrating, you need to invest a little time and try out everything you need.

I felt a bit rushed during the onboarding session, I think you should not schedule another onboarding session 30 minutes after as you don’t know (or shouldn’t expect) if the session will last exactly 30 minutes

Setting up a Japan local number, required for my business;
There are a few hoops to jump through to set this up, paperwork required etc. I received human support to help me through this. The team was very responsive, getting back to me within 24 hours. I wasn't the best customer to deal with, I provided the wrong paperwork on a few occasions, despite this they were patient and supportive.
