I was actively looking for a dialer for my campaign {had no prior experience with buying dialers)}, i tried CallHippo, Dialpad, 3cX, Toky. Call Hippo's UI was a nightmare. Dialpads support team sucked. 3cX felt just really complicated to setup. I don't even know why toky is even a product when trying to have a look at what the product is needs a whole research team.
But Cloudtalk? Absolutely smashed a home run for me. Got a free 14 day trial, a free number with 5 dollar credits without even putting my card details, and the support team was amazing paula from the portal chat and santiago via email and call helped me clear my confusions (that those other dialers put me in).
10 outta 10, loved Cloudtalk, will absolutely recommend it.

Hi Team,
The discussion was straight to the point.
- Nick was Patient
- Options for the $5 to call few countries across Europe/ Never knew that.
- Never knew SMS are chargeable. Need to use them wisely.
Nick was just fantastic. Thanks again!
Kind Regards,

Avoid like the plague! Though the plague would likely be a better experience. Absolute disaster of a company from top to bottom. Completely inadequate system, non existent customer support since replacing a support team with an AI support tool which simply does not work and leaves you waiting 3 hours or more to connect you to a human who eventually turns out to be just as inept. Sell you the dream at the point of setup, not one of the features they claim to work actually works. If you're looking for an automatic dialler you would be better off sending carrier pigeons than trying to use this. Account managers who promise you the world then ignore you for weeks and months on end. Absolute disgrace of a company cannot wait to rid my business of them.
DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE PAIN!! RUN!
Its a shame you have to give a star, because even 1 star is too much for you lot.

Excellent customer service, the software worked as promised and integrated with pipedrive.

Ive tested the software and it seems good. Though I have to say it took me several days to set up the right account. Things should be easier and more simple, email support is just at certain times available.

CloudTalk is an interesting CRM, in our case we wanted to explore whats on the market to see if it would be a nice possibility and for sure we will consider it as an option, I would recommend to at least try it for yourself and make sure its the best option for you or your company.

CloudTalk is the best outbound & inbound software for calling or messaging!
It's insane how somethinf like this can exist for it's price!
I really like how they include AI services, auto-recording for every call and metrics!

Contacting sales department was very easy. You input your information and an email was sent to set up a Google Meeting with an advisor. They answered all questions and even demonstrated how the product worked. Follow ups were great as well. Very responsive to emails and calls. I had trouble setting something up, but Matias hopped on a Google Meeting and quickly resolved my issue.
