I got the product as a gift, because my friend ordered two jars, and one was more than enough for her.I've been using it by first putting my regular toothpaste on the toothbrush, and then dipping it into the powder. I used it according to the instructions, brushed for about 2-3 minutes and did that about 10 days. The difference is visible, and I'm happy with the product... Delivery was fast and free and ordering was easy. Now my mom and sister are using it too :))... Excellent product !

I recommend this product. I purchased it through their webshop but The package didnt arrive for a while, so I contacted them, and they responded by explaining that courier services were overwhelmed due to the holidays. They sent me a 15% dicount code for my next purchase which vas very kind of them. Shortly after, the package arrived, very well-packed. I followed the instructions while using it, adnd afterward, I used their siwac stick. I wasn't particularly fond of the taste of the siwac, but that's just my personal impression. it's a natural plant, so it's not the company's fault. The powder really works, I think I used it for about rwo weeks. At first, I didn't notice much of a difference, but I belive that after about 7 days of use, the results became noticeable. Now, I use it a few times a month. I'm glad I ordered their powder

The product is not cheap but in my opinion the price is reasonable. I hope the Cleopatra team won't get angry if I mention in the review that one pack of the product is definitely enough for the whole family, so there's no need to buy more than one eventhough there's a quantity discount on the webshop. As for the product itself - it's effective and after using it I didn't notice any side effects. It's great that one of the ingredients is Salvadora Persica. I'm a botanist and love this plant and it's well known for being good for oral hygiene. The delivery was fast. I will definitely order again but only in a few months when I finish this pack :)

I think this is the only product I've been satisfied with out of my last 5 purchases, and definitely the first ever that I'm happy with when it comes to teeth whitening... I found out about Cleopatra's Natural by accident while visiting a friend's house. I was the product in her bathroom and asked what it was, and she explained that she had been using it for whitening her teeth for a while and was very happy with it. I immediately ordered 2 for $55, and I'm so glad I did!! I used it according to the instructions for two weeks. After brushing, I always used the siwak stick, which I also purchased from their website. I combined the product with my regular toothpaste. Long story short, the results are amazing, and I recommend this product to everyone! I will definitely be ordering again.

It sounded too good to be true, but it seems that the "magic powder" really works. That's what we call it at home since it whitened all of our teeth : -) My husband was too shy to send his review in exchange for the bonus product, but I sent it and they really did send the bonus product to my address. It's nice to see that there are still companies that truly value their customers.
As for the product, it's a powder (not a toothpaste as we initially thought). Honestly, I was surprised when I opened the product and saw that it was powder inside but it wasn’t a problem for me to try it as I'm open to trying new things. To make it clear, the website clearly mentions that it's a powder but it was my mistake for missing that detail. My husband and I used the powder for a few days and it really worked... There's a lot of content in one pot , so you don't need to order two packs even though there's a discount for bulk purchases on the webshop.What more to say, the product is as described, and I'm glad we tried it! I definitely recommend Cleopatra's Natural powder.

I was not satisfied with the teeth whitening product. After using for 5 days I saw no visible improvement. Using this product also irritated my gums. I requested a refund per their 21 day refund policy and was told I would have to pay to ship it back. As they are in Croatia and I’m in the USA , it would cost prohibitive to return. I do not recommend this product.

I really wanted this to work, but it made absolutely no difference whatsoever.
I bought directly from their website (to avoid fakes/copies), so it was definitely this product.
I used it every day, twice a day for two weeks. After one week of no difference I tried harder, scrubbing harder and making sure I used it for at least three minutes each time. Absolutely no results at all! I’m thinking the reviews on their website must be fake. My teeth are shiny and smooth, a little more sensitive, but no difference in colour whatsoever. I’m now just hoping it hasn’t damaged my enamel as some other people have reported.
Don’t waste your money and time with this!

Highly recommend! The product is as described and has an effect on whitening teeth. I didn't experience any negative changes after using it.. Besides whitening, my breath is fresher after brushing with the powder. The powder is black and odorless, and there's a lot of product in one pot.

The powder really whitens teeth by a few shades (I'm only on the 3rd day of use and already see changes), the toothbrush is just a regular one and maybe a bit overpriced for a regular brush. I didn't even know siwak existed and I'm glad I tried it. Its a very interesting combination for oral hygiene. I recommend it !!

I bought this from the company. I don't know how people say they got the hang of it. Black powder all over the sink, even under my nails. What a mess. I will never know if it works because I'm not using it anymore. I regret buying it.

Just like with any other product in the world, some people love it, and others don’t. On our webshop, it's clearly stated that the product is a black powder. And we truly agree with you – it can be a bit tricky to handle at first, as it's prone to spilling and can leave black marks in the sink.

The product should be used by applying regular toothpaste to your toothbrush (always a manual one, never electric due to the vibrations), and then dipping that toothbrush with toothpaste into the powder. The powder should stick to the toothpaste, which should prevent it from scattering around. However, we completely understand if you expected a different type of product or application, so our team is willing to offer a full refund in exchange for removing the review.

We absolutely respect freedom of speech, but we believe that a negative Trustpilot rating is quite harmful to our business and gives potential customers the wrong impression about our product - even though we make a real effort to resolve every issue and ensure customer satisfaction on an individual level.

Yes, the product is a bit messier, but that raw, natural form is exactly what makes it special. It’s 100% natural, and the only downside is that it requires a bit more careful handling.

OMG I love this stuff. My teeth whitened up at least by four shades. It just took all of the tea and coffee stains off and made a huge difference. There was no sensitivity at all, no bad taste. You didn’t even know you were using it except for the dark color. I have recommended it to all of my family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

I overheard two ladies talking about this product on public transport,which led me to order it from their webshop. The delivery was free. I used it according to the instructions,and the results are excellent ! The product needs to be handled carefully as it's in powder form,and it's definitely better to use a regular toothbrush instead of an electric one. The box contains enough product for the whole family. Highly recommend!

I bought the product based on a recommendation and I'm thrilled with results. I used it for 10 days twice a daay and after that I continued using once a day. I noticed the first results after the second or third use. At first the product is a bit tryckt to use beacuse it's a powder, but you get used to it quickly. I didn't notice any side effects, which is why I'm writing this review. I previously used Crest strips that also whitened my teeth, but made my teeth hypersensitive. That's not the case with this product and that's why i I'm giving it 5 stars. The costumer service was OK. They respond to questions very quickly. The powder is tasteless and odorless which i liked beacuse i hate unnecessary aromas. I consider myself to be a very tough and demanding customer but this time i have no complaints.

I've probably tried 3 or 4 teeth whitening products so far,, including strips and LED lights but with no significant results.. With the cleopatra natural product results are visible after a few days of use. Even thouh I haven't used it every day, just when I remember, (maybe 3-4 times a week) the results are very noticeable. A bonus is that I don't feel any sensitivity after using it. I recommend this product.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to this time...Bought this product a couple of weeks ago and followed the instructions. The difference in how white my teeth are before and after using it is huge!! Yesterday, at New Year's party, several of my friends commented on how much whiter my teeth looked. This made me want to share my experience (positive) and I'm sure you'll get more orders because they said they're going to buy it too :)

Made my gums black - despite rinsing as much as I could after brushing, there was still visible black where my gums met my teeth, under the gum line, so had to stop using.

Delivery took over 3 weeks. Spelling mistakes on the website. I wish I hadn’t bought this, I don’t trust where it’s come from.

I have no idea how it works, but impressive formulation. I bought it at a local pharmacy, and my only regret is not taking before and after photos of my teeth. Definitely recommend...
