It doesn't whiten my teeth.
Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked for me. This is the fourth week I have used it correctly, and I haven’t noticed any difference at all.

The product arrived in France within a few days after ordering, and the results were visible after the first use. The bamboo toothbrush was too expensive for me, so I didn't order it. The powder is tasteless and odorless. The product is as described, and I have no complaints.

I had an issue with delivery as the address hadn't stated my number when ordering and only the street, I contacted and had super fast response from Annie who helped me to get in touch with the delivery company and are kindly going to resend my parcel free of charge that was returned to themselves due to this issue. I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but for this product I had to.. Unlike the strips, LED lights, and all those weird purple chemiclas that are supposed to whiten your teeth, this thing actually works. Good job.

This is the fourth time I'm ordering…
This is the fourth time I'm ordering this product, and I feel the need to leave a review... The product clearly works, but I also want to mention their customer service, who patiently answered all my questions. I now realize that all questions I asked were already answered on the webshop. A small suggestion would be to add an FAQ section on the webshop for easier navigation, but it's not a big deal. I highly recommend this product.

My teeth look worse than before
I purchased the whitening kit for $49.90 and have used a little over 2 weeks. My teeth look darker now than before I started using it! Very disappointing and a waste of money.
Edit: The Edit below is so untrue! I was not ever asked how I used product AND I did use with toothpaste and powder on my toothbrush.I do not like that my review was made to be my fault. I was offered a full refund to remove my negative review but I declined.

I've been smoking for 13 years which has significantly affecte the color of my teeth. I accidentaly discovered this product on social media, and it has truly helped me. I udes it every day for two weeks, and i can already see big difference in the color of my teeth. I've been using this powder for a week…
I've been using this powder for a week now, and I can already see some improvement in the whiteness of my teeth.It's a bit messy because it's in powder form but once you get used to it, it's not a problem( Who cares if it works, right?) ... The taste is neutral, and I didn't experience any irritation or sensitivity. I was skeptical at first but it works! Black tooth whitening?
Black tooth whitening? Manufacturer must be laughing all the way to the bank! Seriously. I amazed myself by trying this for 3 weeks, foaming at the mouth in black and spitting black into my white sink, which I had to clean after each use. "thought" my teeth looked a slight bit whiter but after a cup of coffee they were back to the beginning. So unless you are not going to drink coffee or wine again save your money. I had better results with peroxide and baking soda. I used this product EXACTLY as directed, although maybe I didn't do it for a full 3 minutes that's kind of like torture but definitely close to 2 minutes.

EDIT: The customer did not use the product according to the instructions. Usage instructions are clearly provided on our website. The most common mistake when using the product is that customers use only the powder without toothpaste. The correct way to use it is to apply your regular toothpaste to the toothbrush first, then dip it into the powder and brush for 2–3 minutes.
However, we offer all customers the option to return the product for a full refund if they are not satisfied with it.

I bought the product 20 days ago, together with my sister. There was a discount for 2 products on the webshop, so we decided to try it. It's important to note that this is not a toothpaste, but a power that is used with toothpaste. This surprised us, but we realized that everything is clearly explained on their webshop. Since i have veneers and not my natural teeth, I wasn't sure if the product would work for me, but after askingg, I got a quick response saying that the product is effective even on veneers. I used it for 15 days, but not even day. Maybe 10 times in 15 days, and the effect is definitely noticeable. I regret not taking pictures of my teeth before and after using it. My sister is also happy with the product, and we will definitely continue using it. I recommend Cleopatra's Natural powder. I haven't tried the Siwak and their toothbrush yet.

I got the product as a gift
I got the product as a gift, because my friend ordered two jars, and one was more than enough for her.I've been using it by first putting my regular toothpaste on the toothbrush, and then dipping it into the powder. I used it according to the instructions, brushed for about 2-3 minutes and did that about 10 days. The difference is visible, and I'm happy with the product... Delivery was fast and free and ordering was easy. Now my mom and sister are using it too :))... Excellent product !
