Emily was amazing!
I had an hour long call with Emily Henry, she comprehensively talked me through the new offers for the bundle of my water & card reader, she compared and contrasted my rates from my current provider and managed to save me hundreds of £££ in the year. She told me at the end of the call that this was her first week on the job, Clear Business- I recommend her for employee of the month. Her knowledge for such a short time in the job is amazing. Shaun was very polite, very helpful and got us a good deal on business broadband for our family business as BT, Virgin and Sky have all been unable to give us the product needed to run our CCTV and was also half the price.

John Goddard - AMAZING!
John Goddard was amazing to deal with. Up until speaking with him, I had a few bad experiences with some of the other teams, they can be rude, sharp and abrupt but John stood out with his customer service, his patience and friendly manner. A credit to the team.

It is proving impossible to cancel…
It is proving impossible to cancel contracts with this business. We have been trying to terminate all services with this company since 7 January 2026. We consider this to be the date that our contracts were cancelled. As at today's date their very efficient billing system continues to spit out invoices for services that have been cancelled and, for services that were never provided in the first place. Our small family business ceased to trade in December 2025. My husband and I have spent hours on the phone with little progress. We are being back billed for a broadband service that was never installed (double/missed billed). Current invoice running at in excess of £2,000. We are also now receiving invoices for a card payment device that was never delivered and being threatened with collections and impact on our credit ratings. Depressing, distressing and deeply frustrating. Only do business with this company if you never plan to leave.
