We had no idea that CityFibre were even going to be digging up our road, we received a letter some days after we had a big trench dug in front of our house trapping our car, saying that they would be 2 to 3 days tops, that was more than two weeks ago, they are still here, digging, making noise, covering everything in a crust of filth, I have tried contacting the company. They haven’t even registered my original complaint, I have spoken to them again today to find out when the work is going to conclude, they said that they will pass it on to the complaints department, I’m not holding out any hope that this company actually give a rats backside about the disruption they are causing to residents.

My fibre install was a little more complex than others. All interactions with CityFibre were prompt, professional, and courteous.
When bringing the fibre from the cabinet to the house, the work required some extra excavation and trenching. The work was completed on time and everything was restored as it was before. You wouldn't have known anything had happened.
The internal work was completed shortly after to the same standard.

Installation went without any problems.
Installer was pleasant and polite.
The only issue wasn't with the install it was with the original booking to upgrade to 2300 maps. the engineer wasn't booked in by toob's customer service so it took 3 calls together engineer.

Louis and his colleague were polite, they worked well together and for that reason the job was done in good time. Louis explained everything to me so I understand what was going to happen and his advice was very welcoming regards to where he should put the box. Thank you Louis

Thanks to both of the engineers, Timofejs and the other lad (sorry I didn't catch your name). They worked under the most torrential rain to connect the property to the internet. They explained everything, they work was tidy, you wouldn't know the dig the grass, it was left it perfectly done afterwards, I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and hard work. Hopefully this review reach them.

Prompt and efficient ; main complaint was untidy mess outside front door after taking up paving slabs and chipping, cracking them in the process . Indoor work was well planned and carried out efficiently by the engineer ; Internet worked fine after installation . However landline phone Didnt ! Took over 5 hours and numerous calls /chatbots to my provider Talk Talk before it was connected . City fibre engineer was supportive over this , but unable to help as has Nothing to do with Talk Talk . City fibre work for many providers installing this new internet service .
