I ordered two pair of blue sandals. Took forever to get here & when they did they are so wide that it was ridiculous. I requested return labels but was denied that. Offered me a refund of 30%. I said no at least 50%. I got a total refund of $21.50 and I spent $80. Lesson learned for sure. Out that money & shoes that we can’t wear.

Bought 2 pairs for shoes for my grandma, shoes arrived quickly and we’re great quality. Sadly they did fit, a little small, but after a quick email they swiftly sent the size up and we couldn’t be happier. Great shoes and great service!

These shoes finally arrived wrapped in plastic and not even shipped in a box. The shoes are made of plastic and of very poor quality. I did not order plastic shoes. I am very disappointed and demand a full refund of my money plus shipping cost. The product I received is not made for normal foot traffic. I paid over $50 for plastic. The pictures do not reflect what was advertised online. Please forward the shipping label so I can return your product and receive my refund ASAP.

Shoes did not fit and were poor quality. I have not been able to get a response for many months as to where to return the shoes. They also took a long time to arrive.

Id give a negative if I could. I wish I had researched them before I bought from them. BUYER BEWARE....the shoes are nothing like the picture and the 90 return they claim isnt true. I got an initial response and then NOTHING. I have emailed multiple times and no response. Im out $50+ for the ugliest shoes ever. Run if this website pops up. Wish I had read about this company before I ordered 2 pr of shoes from them. They don't run true to size & are too small. No returns unless I want to return them to China & pay the postage. Then they say they'll give a refund. Don't buy from this company. I'm just out the $$ I spent.

Wrong size. Wrong color. Poor quality. Terrible customer service for return and refund. Getting the run-around with repeated requests for information already submitted. Have asked for a supervisor to step in. Still hoping for a resolution.

They are a horrible company. I would never order from again. The quality is just horrible. I contacted them to return my shoes. They were willing to reimburse a small percentage and I can keep the shoes. I told them I wanted my full refund and they stopped contacting me. Not to mention, it took several weeks to get my purchase. It is horrible for any American company to do business with them. Shame on them!

I ordered sandals according to the size chart on the Cilool websit. They arrive weeks later and are not the size I ordered. I reached out to the company via email many times. I have not heard anything. I will not be ordering from this company every again.

They say to send to service@cilool and an email with the address to return will be sent to me. WHEN? I am still waiting to get the address. And now reading the other reviews it looks like I probably won't get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM CILOOL

The shoes were not tan as ordered, but a goldish tone, fake leather looking, poor fit, poor quality. The company return policy is very hard to navigate and they refused even when I told them the shoes didn't fit. Worst shoe purchase online that I've ever had.

I have never received my order. I have emailed them and they send some happy dopey reply that does not answer the question which is where is my order.

Now I will have to go through trouble of cancelling charges through the bank.

I made a purchase and when it arrived the product looks nothing like the advertising. Very cheap! I paid 46.98…I am awaiting refund of $36.98 minus $10 because I would have ship the product back to China on the return (which it took several emails asking if I would take 10%, 20%, 50% refund and keep the shoes) that tells you how cheap they really are. After I accepted the cost minus $10, I’ve heard nothing else and no response to my emails. No refund back to my account. They do not stand by their product or refund policy. I am filing a chargeback with my bank if I Don’t see a refund by May 22nd. And they don’t give the return address in China until you request it several times! CI1122412408 return

Well 🤔 the pros: ✅. I got the shoes I ordered in a timely manner. ✅ They were cheap $20
The Cons: ✅ They appearance of the shoe is misrepresented. My order was for blue jean colored denim sneakers with white flowers but I got purple canvas and the purple of the left and right shoe are different shades 😼 2.In the pic there is a securing weaved stitch around the top edge of the tongue in the one you’ll receive the edge of the tongue is one simple single line hem-stitch 3.The way the piece of material (the section that house the shoe strings) is put together on the website shows it as being secured by placing it underneath the white plastic ‘toe tip’of the shoe on the inner side and on the outer side it is placed and secured by placing it underneath of the side of sole of the shoe. In the shoes I received, the pattern in this piece of material is put together is open and different layout and it isn’t secured using this type of placement at all.3. The shoestring eyelets are metal silver in appearance online but received white eyelets4. It also depicts the side of shoes sole as white with a dark band that is much much thicker in the pic. The one on the shoes you’ll actually receive are I’m guessing 1/3 to 1/4 the size advertised. Like smaller than the size of a regular tip sharpie.
I’ll upload a pic if there is a way to do that. Hope that helps! Basically the representation and quality is is about a 3-4/10. There’re still cute shoes and I’ll wear them if I can break them in wo them falling apart ??? I’ll repost how well they hold up later i possible, rn they aren’t real comfortable and r tight around my toes. But hey if they last thru the summer maybe that’s ok since they were $20🤷‍♀️
