Fraud. Stole other company's photo.

Ordered a pair of diabetic shoes a month ago. They have been in the country "in transit" for over 20 days. The customer service bot showed me a picture of the tracking website that clearly showed they had been in transit for weeks and said "once the package is in the country it will be 3 to 5 business days." No refund, no shoes
update new shoes are in transit.

I wish I had read the reviews first,,,,I ordered several pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago and NOTHING has come. I spent $111.34. So disappointed!!!

I have been so very impressed with my interaction with Cilool. I have received nothing less than outstanding service and amazing communication with their customer care team. I bought two different pairs of shoes. One pair was just perfect. The other pair not quite right for my small feet. Absolutely no problem at all to arrange a replacement pair. I was well informed of options and progress throughout the process. I am so happy with the outcome and will definitely buy again from this company ☺

Like someone else stated in their review of Cilool. They are total fraudsters. Please, please, please do not deal with this company.
This is not an honest company AT ALL.

I ordered 2 pair of what was advertised as orthopedic sandals. They were identical. I wore one pair in my house for about 4 hours one day and they felt okay but when I took them off there were blisters on 2 of my toes. I contacted their website about returning both pair. They offered me 10% and I could keep the product. Who does this except fraudsters? There was absolutely nothing orthopedic about the shoes(could not be adjusted). And they were unwearable. Still in the middle of emailing where they requested pictures of what I bought. Do NOT trust these people. Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. NOT TRUE! Buyer beware!

Knew something was wrong when there was no paperwork inside the package, no return address or instructions of what to do if a refund or return was needed. When the shoes did not fit, I responded to the email telling of package arrival. The response was an offer of 10% refund and keep the shoes. Was this a joke? Who needs to keep shoes that don't even fit? Many back and forth emails finally indicating that I would need to pay for shipping if I returned to CHINA! Had I known these were direct from China, I would never have ordered; had I read the reviews, I never would have ordered. Now after many emails, they may send another size, but I bet that never happens.

I received my first pair of black sandals and they were excellent and very comfortable. I ordered a second pair in blue they sent another pair in black. I couldn’t find my order number so they refused to take any responsibility. I did have a photo of the confirmation but that wasn’t enough. So, feeling it was my own fault I ordered another blue pair. Guess what? Another pair of black sandals arrived. Now this time I did keep the order number and details. Their response was to ask for proof with a photo even though I sent them the details they asked for. Now they are offering me 15% off. I just want a blue pair of sandals!!!

I ordered one year ago and had fantastic outcome. They took little longer to arrive but both were great size and quality. I have wide feet so fit was perfect. I have just ordered again so let's see if they are good. Will update. I have read other reviews but willing to give them another try. Hopeful happy Kathy!

No address to return shoes I ordered for my husband.I knew I had done the wrong thing straight after ordering when I read the reviews.I wrote e mail to them but got no result.shoes came quickly , but were completely the wrong size.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Received 2 pair but unfortunately 1 pair was totally the wrong size. I wrote to them and had a reply very quickly offering me a 20% refund and a voucher. I kindly refused and requested an address to return the shoes and a refund. The quick reply came back they would send me a new pair of shoes and for me to keep the other ones ( which I shall donate somewhere) that was just tonight. So far so good I shall write again to let you know what happens.

I ORDER 3 PAIRS OF SHOES FROM THEM. ONE WAS DAMAGED, BUT ALL 3 WERE TO BIG. I EMAIL CHRIS TO REPLACED THE DAMAGE SHOE AND CHANGE IT FROM A SIZE 9 TO 8. ITS ALMOST A MONTH AND DONT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR REPLACE THE SHOES. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. CHRIS IS A LIER.

Terrible service, emailed 5 times and was told they would refund 10% and I would have to pay to return the shoes. Never use this company

There is another website where they offer the same shoes for half of the price TEMU check their website and you will find the same product CILOOL offers.

I was really happy to recieve the shoes that where even nicer than the picture. I am going to order another style from them today

BEWARE!! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY - CILOOL - IS A TOTAL SCAM!! I WOULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE NUMBER! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU THEIR ADDRESS SO I CAN RETURN THEIR CHEAP SHOES!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE 😡😡😡🤬

Do not buy. Sizes do not fit American size feet. I ordered a size larger and they are still too small and too narrow. There is no customer service number to call and no response to emails. STAY AWAY

A bit disappointed with my delivery. I received black sandals instead of blue. I emailed the Company but have had no reply.
I need the sandals now so will have to keep the black. Hopefully they will be comfortable.
