I explained that I have had security cameras fitted externally around my house and asked if this would have an effect on my premium. I was told not.

Excellent customer service
I had to use phone due to problem using keyboard advisor was very helpful, the cost acceptable, we even had a laugh about technology (definitely a human), documents were in my inbox within minutes Churchill do seem to understand not everything can be done by AI

Very user friendly website which was easy to follow. Extremely good value insurance. Personally I would have preferred the opportunity to phone and speak with a person, I’m what you might call “old school”. That being said, the process was relatively simple.

I have asked for paper documents not sent by email, a way you could improve is by listening to your customers.
Have now received a email from Churchill, about my review, but still NO paper documents, an absolute joke.
