On the policy renewal you sent

On the policy renewal you sent. It told the policy would auto renew and payment would be taken from an account with the last four digits being.As I did not recognise this account number as being mine I and did not want to be uninsured I telephone your costumer services to rectify the issue.Your operator was dismissive and totally uninterested and refused to take the correct credit card details. Resulting me having to call again on the day my policy renewed to check payment had been taken as I required to use my vehicle.

Churchill is in my opinion a reputable…

Churchill is in my opinion a reputable company having been around for several years there insurance quote was very competitive and I jumped at it and felt assured because it was Churchill the whole experience was very easy and quick.

Price quoted was excellent I was able to add breakdown cover and the total price I paid was nearly half my renewal quote from my previous provider.site was easy to use and my policy was posted and received very quickly.

Asked for documents to be sent via post…

Asked for documents to be sent via post but they never arrived, is this a post problem or have Churchill not sent documents? Hence 3 stars.

Churchill have responded to me and asked me to contact them via a link that didn't work . If I could get documents resent that would be great, if not I'll try somewhere else next time..

A seemless experience

Claim dealt with promptly and likewise repairs completed within about 3 weeks of the incident but I didnt require a replacement vehicle. Repairs carried out by DLG (who I assume are a subsidiary of Churchill) but they collected and returned the vehicle, provided regular updates and the repairs seem to be of a good standard. Overall a seemless and easy experience.
