Looking at your order this arrived back with us and a refund was processed on the same day which was the 1st May.
As the item was purchased via a 3rd party we cannot advise the last digits of the account the funds came from as this is not information we receive as the funds were not paid to ourselves but rather a 3rd party however if you reach out to Love the Sales who you purchased the item via they will be able to provide you with that information.
If you have not received your refund back into the account it came from please contact your bank directly and they will be able to assist you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry that the bag purchased had a small blemish on the front, from the images provided it looks to be a small amount the PU coating on the fabric is not correct and we of course passed this feedback onto RAINS.
Unfortunately we did not have a replacement available on this occasion so this was not something that we could offer, I can see that the team advised that due to not having a replacement available a full refund would be actioned on receipt.
