Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry that the bag purchased had a small blemish on the front, from the images provided it looks to be a small amount the PU coating on the fabric is not correct and we of course passed this feedback onto RAINS.
Unfortunately we did not have a replacement available on this occasion so this was not something that we could offer, I can see that the team advised that due to not having a replacement available a full refund would be actioned on receipt.

The incorrect product was sent…
The incorrect product was sent initially. They sent me a returns label which wasn’t useful as I do not have a printer. I managed to find someone to print for me but was really inconvenient. Other than this all communication was helpful. Maybe consider an easier returns process. As this was no fault of my own

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry if there was any confusion when generating your return label. When the label is generated Royal Mail send over both a printable version of the label and also a QR code for customers who do not have access to a printer.
To assist in the future should you ever need to use the return portal again, when you fill out your information on the portal and click "create label" you are then be taken to a second page (unless you do want to print the label yourself or arrange a collection you can close the page at this point). Once you have reached that page Royal Mail will automatically send over an email to the email address input on the form with both a QR code and a printable version of the label. You can then choose whichever version is suitable for yourself.
