If UK based, do not buy from this company. Returns are to the US, paid by the customer. Cost me £35+ to make a return, which substantially reduces net refund,

I inquired about a skirt I ordered and was told that it was on backorder because they ran out of fabric. I was bummed about that, but when I requested a cancelation and refund on that order, I was given it with out any hassle. That has not been the case with other sites. I have ordered items from this site before and I have been satisfied with the products and the customer service.

I had been admiring a skirt from ChicWish for a while and decided to purchase it. Unfortunately my order arrived with a different style skirt to the one I had ordered. I emailed ChicWish customer support and received an almost immediate reply. The customer service was fantastic and quick, and they offered me a suitable solution straight away. The quality of the skirts is also incredible and I will definitely be buying from them again!

There’s always someone who can answer your questions about the status of your order promptly. They try their best to always rectify any mistake whatsoever. And of course, the quality of dresses and style are great! I recommend this store.

I bought a dress for Christmas but when it came in it was too big. I returned and got the smaller size- it was too late for it to be in for Christmas but the costumer service was very kind and helpful. Enjoyed I was able to exchange and get the size with no charge. The dress is lovely- I hope it fits for next Christmas!

The Brown Leopard Faux Fur Longline Coat with Collar runs a little small so I had to return it for a larger size. Despite the wait, the product did not disappoint. The coat is stunning and oh, so soft!!! I will certainly be ordering from you again! Thank you!!!!!!

As much as I love buying from chicwish, this particular one let me down. I ordered M/L and it was big, then I switched to XS/S and it was still too big, it kept going down in which I was constantly pulling it up on my chest area.

I purchased a pink cardigan for my daughter’s baby shower. It was a beautiful, soft, fuzzy, pink sweater with pearl buttons. I loved it but it was too big and i didn’t have time to make changes before the shower. I had to return it but I loved it. When I reached out to return the sweater staff were supportive and helpful. The return was very easy to orchestrate. They did take I believe $10 for return processing which I didn’t love but overall was highly satisfied!

I am happy with the material quality. Only thing is not true to size (clothing comes in smaller sizes). The XL still not fit to my size.
Delivery is longer I waited for a month to receive my order and no update from your company as to the status of my order as it was my first time. I panic thinking whether I would receive my order and your website is legitimate. Unlike other online seller they provide tracking as soon as I am done purchasing online.
Overall I would still want to order in the future. Now that i know your website is legitimate.

Price and quality is good but if you have to return anything. Return process is fine but getting refund back or store credit is a task.
