Quick Exchange and Great Communication

I needed to exchange the ChicWish dress for a smaller size. Communication with Vicky was great and she followed up to ensure I received the dress quickly as it is for an upcoming event. Process was smooth. I will order again!

Beautiful Love Cardigan

Bought the Love Cardigan in Ivory, it came and it is beautiful, so soft, superb quality and will go with so many outfits. Just as it looked on the website. Honestly I don’t think I have bought anything I don’t like from here yet xx ❤️❤️❤️

1st Experience -

I am 79 years old and was very reluctant to deal with an International Company but I really wanted a unique chunky cardigan sweater so I placed an order. Customer service has been impressive - very responsive. Received item faster than I expected and the sweater is beautiful! Will very likely order again.

I love the skirts

I love the skirts. I got both black and red skirts. They are perfectly pretty! I wore them to a conference and I got tens of compliments in two days. They fit really well and true to size. I am definitely getting more skirts from here.

Did not dissappoint!

I was hoping the dress I ordered would look just like described on the website. AND YES IT DID! Such a pretty dress and I was not disappointed. Floral Jacquard Puff Sleeves Buttoned Belted Dolly Dress. Although the dress is beautiful and I really wanted it to work, I'm super picky on how things look on me, and it just wasn't the dress for me. Customer service has been very responsive with assisting me with returning. There are a lot of other items on the Chicwish website I'd like to try, so I'm returning the dress for store credit rather than getting a refund to original payment. I'm excited to find something else on the website!

Lovely clothes and great service

I love the clothes! Everything is cute and generally the quality is incredible. Customer service is also really good and really quick, which really makes a difference! I will 100% shop from them again
