Arrived fast and great customer service.

I have ordered from Chicwish numerous times - it's pretty much my #1 goto website to shop from!! Chicwish never disappoints me!! I ALWAYS receive compliments on my outfits EVERYTIME I wear outfits from this website. The quality is outstanding, something I would pay alot more for from a different store. Thank you, Chicwish for your awesome work!! :)

Crystal was wonderful in helping me resolve a question I had about my order. She noticed I had ordered two of the same skirt, contacted me, refunded me for one of the skits….all before I even realized what I did. This is why I will continue to order from this company!

I am so glad I didn’t give up!!! Had a shaky start I had put the wrong delivery address, so we started the process to correct this (ChicWish answered every email which was great!). After weeks of back & forth, I finally got my package at my local Post Office.

The items I ordered (2 sweaters) are lovely and true to the pictures and descriptions. I look forward to more purchases from ChicWish!

One point of advice to ChicWish - when Deliveries are to a multiple-dwelling building, the carrier they use should be made aware of the building’s access - my building has an excellent process which the delivery service did not follow.

The products are of the highest quality and communication with the company are excellent.

UPDATE: cardigan was received and looked pretty much like it did on the website, however for various reasons I decided to return the item. Chicwich customer service have been AMAZING and I can't fault them, as they have been prompt, kind and courteous and have resolved any issues swiftly and generously. 10/10 for Customer Service!

I placed an order on this website having done what I thought was due diligence, making sure that the trust pilot reviews were good and that I was spending my money with a genuine company. Their website very clearly stated under the shipping policy that they shipped from “U.S., the U.K., Germany, Belgium, Canada, Australia warehouses” depending on the destination countries. I have received tracking information and was horrified to find that my item has been shipped from China. Nowhere on your website does it state this. I am not at all happy. I am still waiting for the item to be delivered so can’t comment as yet on the quality, but feel really hoodwinked into buying from a company who clearly isn’t transparent or honest. The item I ordered wasn’t cheap and now I’m wondering whether I will get a hand-knitted chunky cardigan that even remotely matches the quality of the item on the photographs.

I tried chicwish for the first time and am satisfied with the purchases I’ve made! The return is easy peasy and their customer support is responsive and helpful! I’m glad that there is a free return option when two of my items didn’t suit to my taste. I recommend chicwish.

The service I received when there was a problem with my delivery was excellent. I cannot fault them. I love my new skirt too!

What you see is what you get. From first order to last, everything is the same as picture. Fast delivery. Tracking everything from when airline is in port to delivery place. Loyalty ❣️

I was lucky enough to stumble across ChicWish last year and have been so impressed with everything I have ordered! A tulle skirt, 2 corsets, and a gorgeous midi skirt for the holidays. All have been great quality! I will definitely be a repeat shopper!

I had been curious about buying clothing from Chic Wish for some time and decided to take advantage of the sale after Christmas. It was even better value and everything appeared as in the photos in the website. Delivery was slow and was split in two parcels at different times.

They have cute stuff and quality products, but what makes them stand apart from others is how very helpful they are in resolving customer issues such as any issue with order/refunds etc. Will be buying from them again!

Have always had good shopping experiences with Chicwish. The clothing is exceptional quality, and I love the range. I recently had to do my first return (as a customer of over 5 years), which was initially a confusing process due to potential USA tariffs. However, customer service made the process much easier in making sure I received my money back on shipping when making my refund/exchange.

I bought a skirt but it was too big - No issues when contacting them about this - Sorted quickly and easily.

I love Chic Wish! I have ordered three skirts, multiple sweaters and a dress from here and they are so stylish — I haven't found anything like it at any other store. The quality is great. I've made a few returns when things didn't fit and customer service was also great. I will continue to shop here.

I was able to get assistance on chat to help me with the return of some items. The label fee was reasonable to return 2 items. The clothing is fairly good quality and the size guides are accurate. They have quite a variety of very fashionable items that you don't see everywhere else.
